It is centrally located within 15 minutes walk to to lake & water puppet show.Also in a good eating & cheap shopping district. Staff are very helpful & breakfast selection is good. The spa suite is much better than the standard room.

Situated in very good location.Our Family went to the hotel at 6.00 am in the morning ,but without any disappointment they checking at that time without any problem.Thanks

Hotel is located in very noisy area. Above all, the atmosphere of the hotel was really bad. I dont want to go there again. secondly, the water problem! It's hard to take a shower with warm water. even honoi is hot, I want to have shower with warm(not hot!)water. however during my stay, I always call to desk to fix the water pipe whatever... dont want to go there again.

We stayed 9 days and were very happy with everything. The hotel offers big rooms for a Hanoi hotel in this price range, all offered facilities are working, double glazed windows, good breakfast buffet, super friendly and helpful staff. The computer in the room was working fine and the Internet connections is very fast. I would book this hotel again.

i did highlight my bad experience while stayed in sunshine suite hotel. it totally not relevant with web description. :- high price with very small room compare with surrounding. :- room dirty and smelly. no room change after highlighted to front desk. :- TV spoiled and no immediate action being taken after highlighted. :- Window cannot be lock. :- room is fantastic small. hard to move after placed 2 to 3 big bag. i think it better call guest room then deluxe room. That all from my true statement. I am very sure that, will not come back to this hotel again and will highlighted to my fren and travel agency too..

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and the staff in this hotel are by far the friendliest, most courteous and professional I've ever encountered. Because of the staff I extended my stay another week. they just made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Some days they even invited me to the staff lunch which was a great way for me to get to know more about real Vietnamese cuisine and to enjoy some good laughs. The hotel rooms are very comfortable, spacious and quiet. They include everything you could want, including a good fridge, kettle and tea and coffee. The wi-fi is very good and I was able to complete a lot of work. The location is brilliant, especially if you want a feel for the real hustle and bustle street life of Hanoi. every night I ate fantastic BBQ meals across the road form the hotel and enjoyed refreshing drinks in the nearby bar. This is by far the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in. I'm a little sad to leave and will miss everyone. I hope to return very soon.

The location of this hotel is easy to everywhere

Friendly smile at the resturant and counter. The breakfast was not really great but the waitress serving in the resturant really bighten my day.

Shower is either too hot or cold, need constant adjustment. This is same to aircon. The monitor for computer was not working.

The best point of this hotel is excellent location . It located right in the middle of Ma May Street - the oldest and crowed street . Hotel was full of tourist and businessmen when we stay there . My room was upgrade to Executive due to no more Deluxe room is available , a large room with a nicest view to the busy street . Right in the front of hotel , you might find all local food from Pho noodle or barbecue , and also New Day restaurant . They have pc connect to internet in all room . Staffs are just so nice and helpful and so friendly . All them speak excellent English and one speaks French. Breakfast is nice and also the female serve there . The only thing is there is no view from restaurant because it is on the basement . All the rest are great . Halong bay is a good choice and they give us 10 usd discount for in house guest . Good deal too

very hot in the breakfast room the first morning, second morning (monday) we had to wait 30 minutes for our banana pancakes and the rest was bad too, no butter this day, nothing else either. A lot of noise of other guests and we had to wait till the evening for our room to be cleaned.

on a apprécié la position au coeur de la vielle ville; la qualité du service et du personnel toujours prêt a aider, informer, personnel aussi qui s'efforce à parler un peu le français. chambres assez spacieuses, bien décorées, non bruyantes: on s'y sent bien! présence d'un espace détente avec massage et prix pour la clientèle de l'hôtel. on recommande cet hôtel pour aussi son prix qui offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Отель приятный, чистый, в самом центре старого квартала. Номера стандарт маленькие, достаточно пошарпанная мебель, но чистая и несломанная. Есть номера побольше (мы поменяли стандарт на такой, у нас был номер 603) с огромным балконом. Вся техника в номере работала, средства гигиены в ванной каждый день пополнялись. Рядом с отелем несколько туристических бюро, чуть дальше по улице несколько хороших недорогих ресторанов (улица Ma May, дом 72, дом 78 и т.д.). Персонал отеля был очень вежлив и доброжелателен. Завтрак хороший: суп фо, омлет, блинчики, нарезка мясная, сосиски, еще несколько горячих национальных блюд, соки, фрукты.

Accueil très sympathique du personnel

Hôtel bien situé au coeur de la vieille ville de Hanoi. Chambres propres. Personnel trés sympathique. Trés bon rapport qualité prix. je recommande.

Les lits sont durs comme du bois (comme souvent au vietnam).
