Particularly liked the dream location on the beach and the fact that it was quiet. staff were lovely too

Everything. Stayed for 3 nights in Feb 13. Had a great room facing the beach. Not cheap to stay here but you get what you pay for. We booked it for a relaxing break amidst a tour of Vietnam and Cambodia and it was perfect.

Nothing. It was great.

The hotel met my needs completely. The staff were polite and professional. The food was excellent as were the portions sizes. The beach and sea were clean. Mr Thao from the bar and Ms Thao from the restaurent were great staff, who looked after my me and my young son very well.

The beach not belonging to the la Veranda ether side of the hotel should be kept cleaner. Difficult for the hotel enforce this as it is not their area of responsibiliity but it does spol the walk along the beach.

This Hotel excells in all categories: beautiful hotel with charme and genuine atmosphere located at a clean white sand beach with clear water conditions as you would expect. Very attentive personal serving tasteful meals. Beautifully furnished rooms and bathrooms in a relaxing garden setting. Overall one of the most beautiful and relaxing hotels that I have been and that I will surely come back to.

There simply isn't anything to complain about. If you perceive the prices for the excellent food as too pricey - just go next door. You do have options, great!

What my concern for a rating according Phu Qcock - Vietnam. The hotel Le Veranda is far to expensive!!! I will not come again.

Staff were superb, best service from any hotel to date! Very personal service, location is great, beach is stunning, grounds and buildings are beautiful, cannot fault. Restaurants and pool service are very reasonable and the food excellent. Breakfast was the best we have had! Well done La Veranda!

Only slight annoyance was having the child's pool directly next to the main pool, some guests seem to let children run wild which takes away from the relaxing atmosphere, not Verandas direct fault though. Also it would be nice to have the cocktail menu at the Le Jardin.

完美的住宿选择。我们一家第一次自助出国，都很满意。房间的格局、设计、沐浴用品、餐厅、沙滩。都很棒！！- ！

海边的沙滩椅，其他欧美人去时，服务员很快的走去铺毛巾毯，我们去就没有这个待遇。

Tres bel établissement,confortable,calme,beau jardin, belle petite plage,belle piscine.Chambres "villa" spacieuses, décorées avec simplicite et bon goût, literie absolument fantastique.Disponibilite et amabilite du personnel.Petit dejeuner bon et copieux.Superbe adresse,tres douillette pour se reposer et se faire dorloter.

Diner au restaurant tres moyen et cher au vu des prestations( en particulier les desserts mollassons à la deco grotesque aux saveurs sans coherence).Carte des vins convenable pour le vietnam mais à des années lumieres du minimum syndical.Toilettes dans la sdb,pour une chambre à 300€!!!Personnel pas toujours anglophone,tres sympa mais parfois tres amateur.

Прекрасный отель. Думаю на данный момент лучший на острове, но там и не принято так отдыхать. Мне показалось, что фукуок для более простого отдыха в бунгало. Что касается отеля, то все было безупречно, красивая территория, прекрасный персонал, обслуживание, уборка, room service, пляж чистый и ухоженный. Еда дороговата, но только для Вьетнама, где в 100 метрах еда дешевле раз в 5. Отличный завтрак. СПА недорогое, но уступает таю и Камбодже. Жили в корпусе, вид на море 2 этаж. Очень удобно, не уступает удовольствию от бунгало,т.к.видно прекрасно море, на балконе уединенно, никто мимо не ходит и не заползает:)

Вообще то мы планировали два бунгало, но за сутки нам написали, что бунгало далеко друг от друга ( мы со взрослыми детьми) и предложили номера немного подешевле в корпусе рядом. Мы ответили, что завтра приедем и решим. По приезду нас очень вежливо поселили в корпус без вариантов с бунгало. Мы не были настроены расстраиваться. Как я уже писала, номера понравились. Но осадок остался:) Так что в высокий сезон, удостоверьтесь, что ваша бронь в силе

Великолепный отель с безупречным обслуживанием, замечательной кухней. Очень зеленая и ухоженная территория, чистый благоустроенный пляж.

bien que la nourriture servie y soit excellente, surtout le petit dejeuner et les diners, le f & b est quand meme assez cher (dans la plupart des cas, le prix eleve est tout a fait justifie, parfois il l'est moins). Les excursions ne sont pas tres interessantes, mais cela ne depend pas de l'hotel mais plutot de l'ile qui n'a pas grand chose a offir, hormis, bien entedu, des paysage de reve.

Eine sehr schöne, geschmackvoll im Kolonialstil errichtete Hotelanlage. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend, die Atmosphäre ist angenehm entspannt. Der Strand beim Hotel ist gepflegt und man kann ausgedehnte Spaziergänge am palmengesäumten Strand unternehmen. Bei den benachbarten Unterkünften wird abends am Strand fangfrisches Seafood gegrillt. Empfehlenswert!

Super dejlige værelser med god plads. Fantastisk service. God mad i begge restauranter.

Breakfast not included and expensive Bathroom ventilation noise in the room; very disturbing and impossible to stop

Chinese people don't like to see Chrysanthemum in the room as this kind of flower are usually for tomb sweeping. La Veranda should know about this custom when serving Chinese guests.

Far from snorkelling spots.

We are here the 5th year, so we know the hotel and the service very well. The breakfast, the location, nice rooms and very good service are the reasons, why we come back every year for 5-7 days after ntraveeling in different countries.

The price/value is very high, only if you book early is cheaper. Sometimes/often sea urchins, jellyfish, waves Prices for eating, drinks expensive in the hotel and allways ++ (not included tax and service) Sometimes they dont clean the beach
