Staff were amazing and friendly. Pool is fantastic. The rooms lovely and spacious. The setting was beautiful.

The price of the water sports should be more competitive to the rest of the town. A spa treatment should also be inclusive of the price.

The resort is beautiful and our unit was great with an ocean view. Breakfast buffet had so many choices and it was like a lunch. We looked at many resorts and booked the Cliff and the location and surrounding is perfect. Customer service was excellent and everyone was sincerely friendly.

    Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Super location! This hotel got the best swimmingpools in our vietnam trip 2014 The comfort of the rooms was very good. Very clean private beach area Poolbar and the staff of the poolbar was very kindly. The butlerservice on the Tourdesk was very kind. The Tour we booked was very good, we had a lot of fun. The Stay was good to relax

Our 2 Rooms stunk, and it wasnt much better after we did a reclamation 2 times. No entertaiment in this resort. No night bar or something else, where you can trink some beers with music. There were a lot of beetle, and we got 1 beetle alive in one of our 2 rooms. Windows outside were dirty. Staff on the restaurant was overburned on the weekend, and thats not ok for a 4,5 star hotel & resort. Internetconnection on the rooms was very bad.

Beautiful new and well maintained resort. Great rooms with amazing sea view and Jacuzzi (if you have the option). Amazing beach, pool and spa. Good area for trips and eating outside the hotel. Nice breakfast and lovely seafood bbq on saturday.

The staff does not speak English very well. Unfortunately the service level was left a little behind in both the restaurant and the pool bar. Except for one of the international staff (bartender), who was really nice and helpful. Also the food was not the quality as expected aside from the seafood barbecue.

    - Loved the pool - Staff was friendly and helpful - buffet breakfast was nice - rooms was spacious and clean

    - Seafood buffet held on Saturday nights, the food ran out too quickly - Tours were a bit of a rip off, fairy lake was a stream of water and lotus lake was basically a hole dug up filled with water a few lotus leaves added to it

Friendly, helpful staff, always greeted with a smile. Excellent facilities, bright, spacious rooms with amazing ocean views, very tranquil. Dining area had a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, whilst enjoying background music. Jetski was amazing, never used one before, good tuition and not expensive. Other watersport activities available too. Wonderful private beach. Continued maintenance. Definately going back again.

Only negative was the poor manners of some guests when it came to the buffets.

Our penthouse suite was fabulous - great bathroom, balconies and air con. Zest spa is fantastic -spotlessly clean and staff were professional. Products used were of a high standard. Breakfast, included in our deal, was excellent. Choices were huge and most mornings this was the hardest thing to do all day - decide what to eat! Staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and well presented at all times. Pool and beach facilities were great also. Swim up bar was excellent.

The trek to get to the resort was the only negative. We arranged a return shuttle from Ho Chi Ming airport which took almost 8 hours! Although we we in air conditioned van we were expecting a 4 to 5 hour trip. Our return trip with the same company took 4.5hours which was a nice relief.

The resort is really awesome, I would say that I found a lot of things to do in the resort, e.g. swimming, staying on the resort beach, dining, and spa.

Pool and private beach were perfect for swimming and relaxing (due to the location a little bit outside of Mui Ne there were only very few kitesurfers). Temperature of the sea was great and the wind was not to strong. Breakfast buffet was great and jummy! The Stuff was really friendly. The view from our room was amazing (Azul Sea-View)!! We would definitifly Stay at the Cliff again.

Nothing really. If we had to name something it would be that the WiFi in our room could have been stronger and the Food was a little bit pricy (in comparison to local restaurants). But there are many good restaurants, supermarkets and fruit sellers in Mui Ne. So that was no Problem.

Clean, location. Breakfast was really good

Being put the furthest away from everything, closest to the road like it was because we had children we were put away from everyone else which was a fair walk to the pool, and all other facilities including beach. We were meant to have a seaview room which we did not get and the view was the road, after bringing to their attention they offered another room which they showed us and it had no seaview at all so really no different. It seemed that unless we were Russian we were treated second class even to the point when we checked in there were two Russians complaining of where their room was located and they were moved instantly to a better location and an upgrade. I found the staff to be of little assistance and no proper babychairs available. The menu for dining offered very little choice with barely any Vietnamese food for us to have. As well no real good facilities for kids. There are other places in the area which I would recommend over this place and one great place would be SeaLinks Resort across the road from The Cliff as was surely alot better than the Cliff in alot of ways.

Room clean , beautiful layout, good food, friendly staff

Me & my kids ( twin 9 years old girls)stay at terra two bedroom with sea view for 3 nights , one of my kid brush her teeth & by accident broke the glass . The staff came & made a report . The day we check out they ask me to pay for the glass cup(US$2) . I so mad ! It not because the money ,I did pay over US$1000 & because by accident & I had to pay US$2? I think this is not right ! I like it there & I always give big tip to every body that made me event mad about!!!!I will never ever go back there! Because I don't think they respect you & don't treat costumer right event no matter how much you pay them . Too bad!!!!!

This hotel has all nessesary for 4+ star hotel, not more. I think this hotel is the best in Mui Ne.

But I'd like to write review to help somebody avoid my mistake choosing a room in this hotel and spend you holidays better than I. I've booked a room Verde with a king size on the If you'll decide to choose this type of room be very attentive. When you open pictures of this room on the you can see nice light room with a wide window in the middle of the room with a garden view. On the there is't any comments about view and I believe to pictures information. But it was great mistake. I've booked sea view on my booking form, but there are wasn't any comments from the hotel or from the We decided that room view isn't a problem & coodn't be awful sight in a such hotel and we mooved to Vietnam. On arrival hotel employee tell us that such type of room haven't sea or garden view and our view would be to a lounge. Imagine! To go a thousand miles way to see lounge view during your stay at the hotel & havn't any opportunites to leave room window open! We tried to solve this problem, but we were told that we should pay extra money (about 65$ per one day) to have garden view. First impression about the hotel was spoilt. We could pay, but it's not honesty. with the hotel foolish people: haven't any information about view & the hotel don't pay any attention to the guests comments. We traveled a lot, we vizited many countries, but I can't imagine that such stupid architect decision could be in a such level of the hotel. And one more remark about kitchen: if you buy fresh shrimps, for example, you couldn't use this kitchen & cook them, because there was only one, very small pan. I recomend hotel managment spend their holidays in a room 643. Have a nice view!

Location of the hotel is excellent, staff very friendly, room very comfortable and clean, beach very nice. In short little piece of paradise.

WiFi is poor, expecially in the room.
