Beds were a bit hard

Nice room and new bathroom , nice staff and very nice breakfast with buffet. The staff give a good advice for the trip to Ha long Bay and book it which make my trip worthwhile

the location of the hotel located in a street which is busy and near the fish market.

We couln't stay in the hotel ! when we arrived, we were told that the room had a problem and that we had to be transferred to another one... When we arrived to the other hotel, we were told once again that there was no room available for us... Really bad communication, it was a disaster

The room we stayed in was very quite and even though it was small, it was an escape from the hustle and bustle outside.

The beds are rock hard! As in we got bruises on our hips from lying on our sides. That said we did sleep well! Hard mattress are the Vietnamese style, but these were next level hard!

Staff very helpful and close to Old Quarter shops

Hard bed and too close to train line. Disturbed through the night as trains passed with horns.

The room was clean, comfortable and newly decorated. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was very good.

The wasn't consistent hot water and we couldn't get the wifi in our room on the 7th floor as stated we would.

I thought location was great and the price was even better I have been to Hanoi 7 times for holidays and this was the first time I have stayed at the Landmark and it won't be he last time

the trains made a bit of noise at night but you can't do anything about that and it didn't bother me

The breakfast was really good, it was nice having a cold buffet and the hot food cooked fresh to order. We were given a free upgrade to a superior room for our stay which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel offered tours which were not pushed onto you. The airport pickup was very good. The hotel is in a great location to explore the city on foot.

i like the superior room we had. the staff were friendly and prompt. the food was good. the hotel location was just a walking distance from the shopping areas and we were able to book a nice halong trip with discount from the hotel. the hotel was pretty much more than i expected it to be considering its rate.

Best deal for the prices. Very very friendly stuff who helped us a lot.

Over 3 weeks of traveling through Vietnam, and we found the best service bar none here at Landmark Hanoi. I believe the hotel is family-run, and they truly go out of their way to make you feel satisfied and comfortable. On the basis of the excellent service alone I would recommend Landmark Hanoi!

Breakfastteam and their breakfast is outstanding good! In the room is everything there what you need.

Internet works from time to time very slow. After a shower is there always water in the room.

Very positive experience. Started with friendly and helpful staff welcoming us, and speedy check-in. Nice and clean room, well equipped. Great breakfast. Met or exceeded all expectations, really satisfied. Would stay again.

Drawback of it's location near the train station and train line: it gets a bit louder when a train passes - which didn't happen too often, and certainly bothered us a lot less than loud guests in other places. Also, other hotels might be a few meters closer to the lake.

the bathroom doors were spoilt, the water tap for shower is lousy as it is hard to operate (turn on and switch to the different mode)

The Landmark is a fantastic hotel to stay at for anyone wishing to visit Hanoi.We stayed here for four nights and had an excellent time. From the moment we walked in we were met with a welcoming drink, along with valuable information relating to the location of all the attractions in relation to the hotel. The hotel is ideally situated as many of the attractions are within a 20mins walk from the hotel. Without doubt the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Each and everyone of them was so friendly and helpful.The room we stayed in was very comfortable, clean and excellent value for money. If we return to Hanoi in the future we would certainly stay at the Landmark again and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. The ideal base to see Hanoi.
