The Spring Hotel  

the staff, who went out of their way to help, i went out early on a day trip, and gave me a takeaway breakfast without, me even having to ask for it

Lovely hotel, what a find! We left a 4-star large hotel nearby to stay in this beautiful small boutique hotel. The hotel is just in back of the Opera, walking distance from the main drag, the river, and the Central Market. Our room was spacious and quiet with oriental decor so it maintained the romance and ambience of Vietnam; the breakfast area with the faux outdoor scene and pillars was gorgeous and the breakfast had several tasty selections, was very satisfying, and the pho was divine. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.

Everything was perfect

I have stayed here a few times now and they are friendly, helpful, safe, the food is also acceptable, it is located within the city heart and great location for access to business dinners and other restaurants and entertainment etc., no waiting for taxis and staff give above expected help and assistance.

I only have one negative . i stayed on the 8th(top floor) and the fire escape had a padlock on and it appeared to be used as a linen or storage room - if a fire , and lifts out ,very dangerous.

Well positioned near the heart of the city, but fairly quiet. Palatial beds.Helpful staff. Attractive lobby and rooms.

On both our stays which had been booked well in advance we were allocated one room on arrival and asked to move the following day.This meant that you couldn't unpack etc. Breakfasts were good if you liked egg or soup but the addition of pancakes and croissants would have been a boon for those who don't.

Great location (in District 1 near major buildings, attractions and restaurants) and very large room with king size bed (suite).

Room was a little dated.

I like service and rooms. Breakfast is delicious. This hotei is useful for little time staying.

There are not many dishes in breakfast.

A couple of niggles - no free water in the hotel room which is a bit stingy, we stayed in cheaper places in Vietnam and had free bottled water everywhere. The airconditioner unit in our room leaked as well.

The staff are super friendly. The location is excellent...right in the old quarter, and just a couple of minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake & Quoc Son Temple.

The rooms at front of hotel facing street are quite noisy at night. We moved to at room at back of hotel after the first night & there was no noise at all.

They were very helpful in helping me arrange trips out of the city and giving me recommendations. My purse was stolen as well, and they went out of their way to help me.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, breakfast was good enough. There was the possibility of early breakfast when departing.

There was no tea&coffee facilities.

Spring Hotel is ideally located near all the main attractions of Saigon. Staff speak English and are friendly. Good breakfast with Asian and American/Continental choices of dishes.

The hotel is a bit dated, especially in rooms - furniture, bathroom fixtures, and TV need to be updated.

La posizione.

Struttura da rimodernare. La presenza di moquette nella stanza comportava la presenza di animaletti in giro di notte e di giorno nella stanza e nel bagno. Bagno piccolo e con vasca ormai inutile. Unico hotel in Vietnam, dei 4 visitati, senza bollitore in camera per te o caffe. Tours proposti di basso livello. Colazione a menu fisso e solo intrnazionale. Computers con software obsoleto e poco efficienti.

Se puede visitar casi todos los rincones importantes de la ciudad, andando. En medio de la zona japonesa, y cercano a buenos restaurantes.

-bonne situation géographique -personnel accueillant et serviable -chambre correct mais un peu chère

-absence de jus de fruits frais au petit déjeuner -absence de salle d'eau de dépannage pour les clients qui prennent l'avion dans la soirée

Posizione strategica a 3 minuti a piedi dal Teatro dell'Opera (centro) e da tutto quello che c'è da visitare. Camera confortevole e colazione ottima. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Quando a fine viaggio siamo tornati in mattinata a Saigon (per prendere l'aereo la sera) ci hanno custodito gratutitamente le valigie tutto il giorno e ci hanno messo a disposizione anche la toilette dandoci così la possibilità di girare liberamente per la città e poter fare gli ultimi acquisti.
