Receptionists was very friendly, they helped us to book train tickets and advise where to do sightsiing and eating

Lovely staff, very genuine and happy to help! Excellent rates for motorbike hire. Good quality bikes for the right price! Perfect location, quiet as off the Main Street but very near to all the backpacker bars and the beach. Booked the snorkelling tour and onward bus travel to Dalat via the hotel and were pleased with both. Comfy beds too.

Great little basic hotel that ticked all the boxes for a 2 night stay. Clean, welcoming and staff extremely efficient. Some great little touches like fruit in the bedroom and thank you letter.

Not enough wall plugs in room to charge all the gadgets. No brekkie.

The smiling, helpful staff were great. We had a minor issue with our first room and they quickly got us a new one. Convenient, yet quiet location. Bicycles and motorbikes for rent. We would definitely go back.

The staff was very friendly - upon our arrival they gave us a map of the city and explained all the directions as well as recommended some nice cafes within 5-10 min walking distance (although we did not like most of them - expensive vs. Others). Close to the beach. Wi-Fi was fast and stable

The room maid started cleaning early in the morning (like 7-9 am) singing, so we were awaken by vietnamese songs. Check out is 11 am, not noon, as it is normally in other hotels. No cafe available downstares.

Friendly, helpful staff. They made booking train tickets a breeze and only charge VND20,000 per ticket. The room was clean and comfortable and there were great views from the shared balcony. The shower was the best we've had in 8 weeks in SE Asia - properly hot with good water pressure. Amazing value for money.

Good location . We had booked for three nights.The owner accepted not to charge the two nights we did not wish to stay although his policy was: nonrefundable if not cancelled within 72 hours which was something impossible to do since we spent the first night there. (No one else had such a policy in the area though !)

The price had been tripled because of the Chinese New Year while in many guest-houses nearby rates had not changed. The room was at the 4th floor with no elevator and very narrow staircases. The bed was pushed against the wall for lack of space and the window was minuscule with grates like in a prison.No breakfast included. For 35 $ you expect to get something better in Vietnam.

the staff was just awesome..they were funny, charming and competent at all and could help us with every issue we had through our stay...the place was quiet and they have an inhouse motorbike rental as well as a laundry service. they area is perfect-in the heart of the busy backpacker area but in a calm street and superclose to the beach. nearby just around the corner you find propably the best viet restaurant in nha trang..in the end we stayed double time than expected...

Staff excellent, arrived very early at 6am and allowed us to check in there and then, once we had slept a little and refreshed we were welcomed with fruits and were given advice about where the best places to visit in nha trang were. Rooms are clean and comfortable, exceptional value for money here. The staff are the best thing here, very friendly and go out of their way for you.

Very helpful host. He recommended some great restaurants and offered good advice on trip to the Mud Baths. Scooter hire @$5 a day was fantastic.

The location was fantastic. Right beside the beach and restaurants. We got recommended a local Vietnamese restaurant every night we were there and everyone of was amazing and very cheap. We had a great stay and would definitely go back

Great breakfast! Clean rooms and friendly staff. They helped us with our transportation to Hue at a very reasonable price. We are so glad me made that trip north. The countryside is so beautiful.

The weather wasn't I our favor so we didn't get so spend anytime on the beaches no fault of the hotel. Staff felt so bad for us. Recommended the motorbike rental from the lady with the beautiful smile across the hotel so that made up for the bad weather.

1. The staff is very helpful. They will give every guest an orentiation of Nha Trang with a map, telling you how to get to the sites, and where to find good restaurants; 2. We rented 4 bicycles with 2 USD, and they are all in good contidion; 3. Quite close to the beach, around 5 mins walk;

1. It's in a small lane, so quite hard to find for the first time; 2. No breakfast provided and all the breakfast in the restaurants nearby are quite expensive.

Had a pleasant stay here!

The staff were very helpful organizing our tours at good prices. They were always friendly and happy to assist. The free medical check up by the owner who is a doctor came in handy for us. Best value for money if our trip!
