poor value for the money, it is no "boutique" guesthouse, but has only basic rooms with many stairs to climb.They are very sparing with their customers, we got no fresh bedclothes, no new shampoo etc. The pick-up at the train station did not function; Vicky allegedly was there at the wrong time.The credit card was not accepted although it was announced there ("Vicky is out, the mother (?) cannot operate it"). They have no competent staff, only Vicky herself and relatives or people who don`t speak English. Better to save money and choose a better place.

I am a returning guest. Stayed here already two years ago and has to stop in Nha Trang, actually just because of this extraordinary guesthouse! Vicky is a very helpful and trustworthy person. The accomodation is private and calm, yet in the centre of the tourist quarter and just a minute from the beach.The rooms are comfortable, clean and a very good value for money. If you prefer a local feel and a personal atmosphere, you should definitely go there! You might also want to book tours, boat trips or just your motorbike here.

Anyone who has reviewed this guest house with positive experiences must have stayed in a completely different place! Firstly the service is terrible, Vicky herself was never there so any bookings for tours/motorbikes was impossible, upon checkout she was occupied and we had to try and communicate with her mother (very little english) and it took us a good 40 minutes to check out and pay. The rooms are tiny and no windows, very stuffy inside. The bathroom is a wet area which doesnt drain very well and we got wet feet each time we needed the bathroom. We also were promised wifi connection, for your length of stay you are only allowed a certan amount of time then you get kicked off and are unable to reconnect. When we stayed it was very muggy outside so we left the airconditioning on to come back to a cool room but we when left for dinner someone went into our room and turned the aircon and the hot water switches off. It was very invasive and we felt very uncomfortable with someone letting themselves into our room to switch these off without our knowledge. I would never recommend staying here to anyone. If we had stayed in Nha Trang for more than 1 night I would have definitely moved accommodation as it was 40 for the night at Vickys and we could have easily stayed in one of the bigger hotels for half the price and double the standards and service.

Vicky! She is the one that makes the stay. She does everything and is everywhere all the time, doing everything she can to make the stay as pleasant and stress free as possible. The location and banana pancakes for breakfast are fantastic!

There was nothing specifically that we did not like. However, we noticed that some guests were not too happy with Vicky's check-in and check-out policy. Basically, once you are in, you have the freedom to decide if you are staying another couple of nights... And that might mean that the next guests coming in might need to be transferred to the hotel next door - obviously for the same price and with transportation taken care of by Vicky. Her intentions are good though, but requires some flexibility...

Nice location

Although it offers 24h front desk, it seems that we woke up the cleaning lady when we arrived at 9 am. She didn't want to let us in and just when we left, Vicky arrived.

We had a very pleasant stay at Vickys Guest House Nha Trang. It is situated minutes walk from the beach and shops and markets. Most of all Vicky was what made our stay special, she is an amazing lady, very friendly and a great breakfast cook. Thanks again Vicky, see you next time. Joanne & John Melbourne Australia

Vicky is a great and helpful owner which make you feel at home immediately. Because they only have 5 rooms, it is nice and silent. Breakfast was simple but nice. There are a couple of dishes you can choose from. The room was nice and clean. Vicky went with us on a 2day trip to Mekong from Saigon and it was great! She was a great tourguide. The guesthouse is on a little street, so no noise from the main streets.

The window in our room didn't have a view, because there was een hallway between the outside wall and our window. (Not a big problem though). The airconditioning in our room worked fine, but after a couple of minutes started making noise, which wouldn't stop. They were going (trying) to fix it though.

Clean room, good breakfast, good location, familiar atmosphere, Vicky is friendly, helpful and can organize everything.

We booked in advance, but when we arrived after 12 hours of travelling, we had to wait for Vicky who told us, we would have to stay somewhere else, because other guests wanted to stay longer. We were not the only ones that happened to at Vicky's Guesthouse! Vicky has a travel agency, so she can organize a lot, but she also wants to make business, so you should not forget to compare prices.

vicky is the best! very helpful with organizing a trip to vinpearl, trainticket to saigon etc. the room is spotless :-) you cannot ask for more

Don't be fooled by the location that is down a alley off a side street. This is a great find and Vicky really makes you feel welcome. The place is warm and inviting. Great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Vicky is also a travel agent and can sort out any additional travel arrangements that you need.

The guest house was fantastic. We can't fault our room or the service that Vicky provided. She really does help with everything guests require- from booking various trips to purchasing train tickets to motorbike rental. Tasty, varied breakast and perfect location. Thank you Vicky!

Vicky is fantastic host, great breakfasts, free pick up at station, inside information on what's going on in Nha Trang, small guest house (5 rooms) but very comfortable. Don't be put off by laneway location

I have no criticisms of this place for the price.

Мы оказались единственными гостями этого отеля и большую часть времени жили при отсутствии обслуживающего персонала, что было не всегда удобно. Однообразное меню на завтраки. Выбор из трех одинаковых блюд на протяжении всего пребывания.

расположение отеля очень удобное,до пляжа 5 минут в то же время находится во дворе очень тихо.Хозяйка отеля Vicky необыкновенно гостеприимная хозяйка,помогала буквально во всем.Все ,что она советовала и организовывала было просто супер!Чистота,домашний уют!идеальное сочетание цены и качества.понравилось все!

J'ai choisi cette guest house en rapport au commentaires des clients de booking. Nous avons été très déçus. La chambre était plus que moyenne, le personnel ne parlait pas anglais, car Vicky n'était pas là, et le petit déjeuner était servi dans la réception, sur une seule table qu'il fallait partager avec d'autres clients, autours d'une dizaine de scooters garés dans la petite pièce. Nous sommes partis déjeuner ailleurs, et nous avons trouvé un hotel à 15 dollars, qui était bien mieux...

Хозяйка отеля очень любезна. Отличный организатор. Решит любые дополнительные вопросы связанные с отдыхом, экскурсиями, трансферами, шопингом. Не только в Нячанге, но и во всем Вьетнаме. Посоветует рестораны. Поможет со скидками в магазинах.

Очень гостеприимная хозяйка этого микроотеля. Номера чистые, завтраки хорошие. Сама Викки владеет турагентством, что удобно для планирования экскурсий.

Vicky, een trouwens zeer charmante dame is er haast nooit. De caretakers spreken geen Engels waardoor men niet op hulp of advies moet rekenen. De " gemeenschappelijke" ruimte waar men van een degelijk ontbijt geniet, is chaotisch. Kamers zonder raam zijn niet aantrekkelijk. Huurfietsen aan 2$/dag wat in Vietnam vrij duur is

Malgré la ruelle un peu rébarbative (au demeurant très propre ) au fond de laquelle on arrive dans la maison de Vicky qui mérite presque un 10/10. Accueillis par la maman avec beaucoup de gentillesse , nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin..... Puis nous avons pris possession de notre "suite"(en fait c'est une très grande chambre) très propre très confortable. Les petits déjà : un vrai plaisir.Et Vicky est toujours là pour résoudre le moindre problème. Nous recommandons particulièrement cet endroit.mais attention il n'y a que 7 chambres
