Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa  

Arriving like drowned rats from a 7 day motorbike trip and covered in mud did not put off the staff. We squelched across the marble floor to be greeted by warm hand towels and fresh juice. Once we re-emerged clean and rejuvinated we thoroughly enjoyed the amazing white beach (and sun) its pool bar, breakfast restaurant and games room. A truly luxury resort, good spa facilities and friendly staff who helped us organise our onward trip to Hue, saving us both time and money! The free shuttle bus into Hoi An was also well used.

Yes it is expensive for Vietnam but the facilities, gorgeous room and staff soon made you forget this. No regrets at all!

Very good location, next to the beach, the food was good, staff very friendly, beatiful hotel.

The mattress in our room was uncomfortable and felt humid at night.

It has such an amazing pool overlooking the ocean!

It felt a bit dated. They could do with a renovation of the main lobby and rooms and perhaps some new furniture.

It was one of most beautiful beaches we saw in the whole of Vietnam. One of the main advantages of the beach of te Victoria Hoi An Resort was that the locals did not come and bother you during your 'relaxing time' to sell you all kinds of goods... something that did happen a few meters further down the beach. The pool was amazing, really big and the water was always 24 degrees. Very clean and luxurious pool, beach, hotel room and restaurant. Free Wifi throughout the whole complex. Free shuttle bus to Hoi An old town and tasty food.

The facilities and location were excellent. It was great to have the choice of the pool or the beach to swim. The resort seemed very private and uncrowded with attentive, helpful staff. Easy to get transport to and from Hoi An town. Good variety of organised day trips if you want but you need to book a couple of days in advance. All staff spoke English well. They even packed us a takeaway breakfast as we had a very early departure flight.

Drink prices expensive at the bar.

The suite directly on the beach was really nice. The staff was really nice and service was excellent.

House keeping was a bit too early for our liking but rectified by hanging out the "please be quiet" sign.

It is a nice resort on the beach, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good. It is expensive, especially if compared with similar resorts in other parts of Vietnam. Definitely it is not a 5 star resort, would say more 4 star, and the lobby need defintely some renovation . The clear advantage of this hotel is the position -just perfect, on the seaside.The garden is beautiful, the swimming pool looks nice althought we couldn't take advantage of it because of the bad weather . They have a shuttle that goes to the city centre, quite convenient although the timetabel is slightly random -you can however oerder a private transfer for 4 USD in the hours where no shuttle bus is scheduled-

Nothing negative, overall we were happy although we felt it was a little bit too pricey for the actual infrastructures offered.

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Restaurant de bonne qualité bien que les prix soient un peu élevés pour le pays. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet. Propreté de resort : les kieux publics, les chambres, le plage....

Resort vieillissant qui aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement.

Ett utmärkt hotell vid stranden och med pool. Kosmopolitiska gäster med övervikt av europeer. Förstklassig frukostbuffe. Gångavstånd till lokala restauranter samt väl fungerande transport till Hoi An's centrum

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet wie noch nie erlebt. Super Lage direkt am Meer. Rasche und kulante Lösung mit Qualitätsmangel. Sehr hohen Kundenorientierung.

J'ai beaucoup aime le style de construction et l'amenagement de l'hotel. Par ailleures, nous avons adore le buffet du petit dejeuner. Un regal pour les yeux et pour les papilles... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de liaisons entre l'hotel et le centre de Hoi Anh durant la journee. Un peu bruyant, le matin (route)
