This hotel was great, it had the charm of those old colonial hotels you see in the movies. To arrive in Sa Pa you must go through 9 hours of railway hell after that being able to checkin upon arrival was very pleasant. The reception was quite, nice, they offered us lemon drinks and refreshment towels. They have a very wonderful breakfast with a great view to the mountains. The spa is wonderful, and the staff very helpful. The room was well appointed with a balcony and views of the mountains. Large comfortable room. The prices were a bit steep if you take into to consideration the reality of the country. The prices of the shuttle from Lao Cai to Sa Pa are ridiculous.

You get what you pay, obviously... The price quoted on the reception was higher than the one from booking.com I booked a room on the spot using booking.com from my smartphone just to be told by the receptionist that there were no available room despite my booking... We payed an extra 10$ to get a deluxe double room. I understand that the hotel is a 4 star one but they should honor their bookings through booking sites...

El hotel es un edificio original en un entorno bonito. El desayuno buffet muy bueno. El hotel esta sobrevalorado. Mala relacion calidad/precio. El lavabo anticuado. En las habitaciones hacia frio y la calefaccion no funcionaba bien. En la piscina climatizada hacia muchisimo frio, el agua helada.

taman dlm hotel tertata rapi dan view hotel bagus sekali reception hotel masalahnya waktu check in dia minta pasport kami sekeluarga diambil tapi waktu check out mereka tidak mengembalikannya bahkan sampai keesokkan harinya setelah saya balik dr sapa dan kembali ke hanoi mereka tdk menelpon memberitahukan pasport kami tertinggal . WKT kami lg packing brg di hotel hanoi baru kami sadar pasport kami tdk dikembalikan ke kami Baru kami telp ke victoria dan mereka cari begitu lama dan kami beberapa kali telp baru mereka katakan pasport kami ada dan yg sangat kami sesalkan mereka merasa tdk bersalah tanpa minta maaf atau sorry sama sekali

Le service ,nombreux personnels à votre service, charmant. Petit dej excellent bq de choix L'hôtel dit haut de gamme date un peu bâtiment qui manque d'entretien. Carte menu moyen, chef francais certes, mais pour les rouleaux de printemps par exemple trop gros( 8 petits seraient plus présentables) cuisine qui manque d'authenticité pas francaise pas vietnamienne

la situation géographique et la beauté des lieux le prix de leur train Victoria Express est plus cher que l'hôtel lui même ,'il ne s'agit pas d'un train et surtout pas d'un express mais de deux wagons attachés à un train lent et bruyant et que tous les autres hôtels utilisent de toute façon , le wagon est un peu plus luxueux mais le prix est trois fois plus cher que les autres.

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns am besten gefallen. Das Hotel befindet sich etwas abseits vom Sapa-Rummel am Hang und doch ist man zu Fuss sehr schnell im Herzen der Stadt. Das Hotelrestaurant war hervorragend, jedoch überteuert wenn man die Preise mit den Restaurants in der Umgebung vergleicht. Der Eindruck des Hygienezustands des Restaurants war Ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Spa-Bereich war sehr gut für ein 4 Sternenhotel, jedoch leider auch hier haben wir die Preise ebenfalls als überteuert empfunden. Unser Zimmer hatte Alphütten-Flair, was uns persönlich sehr gefallen hat und dank ebookers konnten wir die Zimmer zu einem guten Preis buchen. Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals war hervorragend und viele europäische Hotels konnten sich hier ein Beispiel nehmen. Einzig negativer Punkt ist die Englischkentniss des Personals. Englisch war gut genug für Basisunterhaltung aber für Z.B. eine Weinempfehlung (Hotel- Restaurant) nicht genügend.

Beautiful views from hotel, nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast with excellent selection of food. Apparent lack of air conditioning and extract fan in rooms gave the room a damp feel.

ほとんどのスタッフが英語を話せ、親切に対応してもらえました。 施設も清潔で良かったです。 ホテルに到着時のラオカイ駅からホテルまでの送迎を依頼したのですが、クレジットカードの明細をメールで知- らせて欲しいといわれたので断念しました。 ハノイからの列車のほとんどが早朝に付くスケジュールになっていますので、ホテルとして、シャトルサービス- が必要と思います。 又、早朝ホテルについてしまう旅行者の為のメニュー（サウナ+食事）が有るのですが、これもクレジットカー- ドの明細をメールで連絡しないと予約が出来ませんでした。
