The staff was nice and willing to help and answer your questions. Not quiet inside and outside of the hotel room, shower gel and toilet paper offer stingy for a two persons room, hot water stay 10 min and no more hot water during the shower until the end. |

Lovely New Hotel and excellent value for the price,The room in Viet Hotel is spacious and most importantly clean.For Buffet breakfast I enjoyed very good quality of tea and Vietnamese coffee , milk and chocolate, cornflakes, croissant, fresh bread and marmelade, It is really good !!! I would recommend anyone who is on a budget to book this hotel. |

It had a quaint french look No power on 2nd night. Room too small. Strange noises from roof. Room was by the restaraunt. |

I was very misled about the fitness facilities. I booked with viet hotel because the website advertised fitness facilities. When I checked in, the receptionist confirmed that there was a gym on the 8th floor which was open 24 hours.actually, there is no gym at all. When I complained, the receptionist rudely told me to book at a 4 or 5 star hotel if I want fitness facilities. I was very unhappy. |

The hotel staff was very helpful..especially the front desk..his name is Tuan. He can converse in English as well as Malay. very good. Room was too small. I request for 2 single bed, but they say not possible because of internet booking. |

Viet Hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel drips with style and is beautiflly decorated with attention to detail.The food here is exceptional, whilst expensive it is very good value. Only one thing is staff's uniform. I saw the bell man and the lady who work as a sales online is not in uniform. |

Attentive courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooom, a little small but nice with lovely touches ie flowes fruit etc. Nice free breakfast Good location |

a fitness centre was advertised at the hotel and for this sole reason we booked . well everything there was either broken or just plain dangerous, i dont understand how they can advertise this as a fitness centre, the only thing that made me fit was the walk upstairs to the centre. |

Sentralt beliggende i utkanten av Gamlebyen. Meget hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening. God mat. Rommene har et litt "slitt preg" men er rene. |
