a fitness centre was advertised at the hotel and for this sole reason we booked . well everything there was either broken or just plain dangerous, i dont understand how they can advertise this as a fitness centre, the only thing that made me fit was the walk upstairs to the centre. |

Bed linen smells as well as the pillows. Bath room smells like there's a sewage leaked somewhere. It was not pleasant at all. However, breakfast was decent and staff were very helpful. The level of service here is remarkable as the staff were very helpful and friendly. When I had visitors waiting up for me at the lobby, they were also served drinks! The free wifi internet service connection from the rooms is great for business travelers. The school nearby can be quite noisy during the morning assembly session. Wifi internet can be rather slow and unstable at times. |

Price was fair and my expectations was exceeded. I was expecting poor facilities since it's a 3 start hotel but the room was big, bathroom clean and service was good. Not really specific to the hotel I guess but it's more of the inability of people everywhere in Vietnam to speak good English. It's a mighty struggle. |

cleanliness of the room, room decoration and conveniently located. Restaurant - breakfast was very good but when we went for snack - the coffee was not served hot and staff did not understand our order. But all in all we would say it is satisfactory comparing to most of hotels in Hanoi |

Nettes Personal und alle waren sehr aufmerksam. Etwas zu weit weg von billigen Restaurants. Man muss sich zu Fuss in den vietnamesischen Verkehr stuerzen. Dies ist etwas gewoehnungsbeduerftig. |

Internet gratis en el hall La limpieza simplemente no existe; en especial, en el restaurante. No cambian los manteles ni siquiera de un día para otro y si aparecen hormigas en el mantel las matan con los dedos y las sacuden después, sin cambiar de mantel. El primer día se agotó ya la leche fresca en el desayuno a las nueve de la mañana.El hotel está bastante alejado de las cosas interesantes y, sobre todo, no hay mucha oferta de locales para comer o cenar en la zona. Al personal le falta mucha experiencia en el trato con los clientes. Casi ninguno sabe hablar inglés. Nos despertaron a las cinco y media de la mañana para pedirnos un taxi cuando lo habíamos pedido por la tarde. Se confundieron por su escaso nivel de inglés. Son muy amables, pero eso no es suficiente. |

De service van het hotel personeel was uitstekend. Jammer is helaas dat het met het engels nog erg matig gesteld is , vnl bij het bedienend en het restaurant personeel. De ligging was zeer goed te noemen met betrekking tot de oude stad en de vele bezienswaardigheden. Ook het regelen van deelname aan dagtours werd uitstekend vanuit het hotel geregeld. De kamer die wij geboekt hadden was uitstekend. Dagelijks werden we op de kamer voorzien van wat vers fruit en flesjes water. |

naehe zur altstadt, kostenfreie internet-nutzung das gebuchte zimmer war nicht frei. wir bekamen ein anderes, kleineres, sehr lautes zimmer. doch niemand wies uns darauf hin, dass unser gebuchtes "de-luxe zimmer mit panorama blick" schon besetzt war.daraufhin mussten wir die mitarbeiter daraufhinweisen, dass dieses "andere zimmer"nicht das richtige ist und wir erst auf nachfragen unsererseits preisnachlass bekamen. haetten wir nichts gesagt, haetten wir auch fuer dieses zimmer den preis fuer das gebuchte de luxe zimmer bezahlt. das ist definitiv abzocke und nicht ok. hatten am ende statt panorama blick, mief und laerm aus dem 2. stock |
