This is is a good hotel , room ,breakfast and staff ,all good, we we used this as a home base so we could go to other places, like hoy an and hue
Even though the staff tried to be helpful nobody spoke any english and i do mean any, we soon found out da nang is not a place tourists go to which helps to explain why.
Bright room overlooking the Van river, close to the dragon bridge. At night, these bridges are awash with colour, making for a festive display. Unfortunately, English is in short supply, the reception staff is friendly and willing to help, but limited in its ability. Central location is good, the spotless rooms are closed to outside noise. Enormous choice at buffet breakfast.
Nothing really. A bit more information could have been provided if communication had been easier, but Danang is not so touristic (yet) and even in tourist agencies staff spoke little or no English.
Hi, I love time spending here and definitely introduce this place to others
Its lovely hotel wx excellent staff. Def coming back here more
The color of the curtain, a bit too much
Cheerful and clean Very helpful staff Nice breakfast
Beds a bit hard - but seems common in Vietnam. Wifi average - below good Skype quality
great city view from the room good location very near Cham Museum friendly staff
Very helpful staff and just a few minutes of walk to the river.
Good service, polite and patient. Rooms were well furnished and new. We had a nice room on the 10th floor.
None. Pleased with the property.
We only stayed one night between travelling, arrived late to Danang airport and left early to Hue. Hotel arranged private car to hue, because we did not want to wait for the later train. Perfect hotel for what we required.
Breakfast was not that good, but we were not that bothered
It is a new a good hotel. Good Service. Quite close to Han River.
New location, did not have proper address, so our friend / relative didn't know.
This hotel is close to some good sea food restaurants. The staff were cheerful and helpful.
Great room, great value, great view, great bathroom, easy to find
As European I was a bit disappointed of the breakfast (choice, quality), but I remember an Asian lady I met in the elevator the day before who was praising it as the best feature of the hotel.
The location is good and there are restaurants and some shops around. Convenience.
The room is clean basically except the Tower has hair. The HOT water is weak. It turns to be Cold after 7-8 mins showering while the temperature is just 15 degree.
Location was great! About 10min walk away from the Dragon Bridge and Champa Museum, and many eateries nearby. Hotel is new, modern, and comfortable. Quite a fuss-free hotel with minimum staff (only 1 Receptionist. 1 Bellboy and 3 at the breakfast area). Breakfast spread was moderate, though there is no basic food like ham and bacon.
When I asked for a map, the receptionist loaned me one, telling me 'you have to return this to me when you check out'... Didn't realize maps are so scarce in Da Nang... When checking out, I chose to pay in USD which the recep agreed. When I pulled out a 100-dollar bill, she said she could only give the change back in VND which I was unwilling (last day of trip). Another senior hotel staff came along and then went off to the massage centre downstairs and office to check for some small USD notes. Finally he came back and said, 'Actually, we are not supposed to accept USD, but we are just doing you a favour.' I said, 'Then why did you indicate USD in your invoice?' He went on to say 'Police can catch you.' I repeated my question and he finally replied 'It's for those people who choose to pay with credit card.' I eventually paid with credit card - in VND. I was so frustrated because it's obvious that the hotel accepted USD but when he couldn't make me take VND, he tried to bring up the POLICE word. I'm not doubting his claim (I saw on threads of this on forum before), but you obviously was willing to take when I said I wanted to pay in USD. The integrity of the staff in this area left me a bad impression of the hotel.
The hotel is newer so everything were fairly clean. The location is also walking distance to the dragon bridge and Cham museum.
Breakfast was limited and the staffs tending at the breakfast area are unfriendly.
we like the buffet breakfast in the morning and the location near the city centre
