The hotel is on the street having all country foods available. Although I reached at 10PM, could get food as I pleased from nearby restaurants. The location of the hotel is bang opposite the lake, which is fantastic. Moreover, I was upgraded to their special room, facing the lake. It was awesome. We liked everything of the hotel and a value for money deal. I strongly recommend this hotel for anybody to stay for a few days. The hotel does not have facilities like swimming pool/ recreation etc. So, if you are travelling for in the hotel entertainment, please do not count on it. The breakfast is basic, to choose from a fixed menu ordered one day before. however, the quality of food is very good and quantitymore than enough for a person.

Staff really helpful，you can feel that they try their best。 Very noise from the main road. Very noise from the busier bar next door, they live music on at 12am, no sleep for me until 2am which is mean they close at 2am. The bathroom not very clean the towel are grey suppose to be white.

интерьер номеров очень приятный. пагода позади отеля потрясающая. было невыносимо холодно. на улице было + 10, и так же внутри гостиницы. девушка включила кондиционеры " на тепло" и пообещала , что через 10 минут комнаты прогреются, но кондиционеры так и дули холодом до утра. промучались всю ночь. ребенок простыл. а нам предстояло полет 11 часов. порекомендовала бы отель только в теплое время года.

Отель чистый, уютный, тихий, просторный, несмотря на то что на этаже всего по три номера. Жили в номере с видом на озеро. В комнате три окна с балконом. Удобная ванная комната. В номере есть все необходимое. Не оправдывает стоимость.

木製家具のあるワンランク上のレベルの部屋を予約したが、家具はいたって普通。眺めはよかったが、インテリ- ア等は安っぽくて残念だった。

Das Hotel liegt am Westlake günstig in der Nähe von Restauratns und L´s Place, bequeme Betten, freundliche Mitarbeiter Superiorzimmer: Ausstattung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung (kein Fön, Bügeleisen und Brett kann auf Anfrage ausgeliehen werden, allerdings reicht das Kabel nicht bis zur Steckdose) Zimmer verfügen über keinerlei Fenster, daher sehr muffelig Im Hotel selbst gibt es keinen Hinweis dass dieses mit 3 Sternen klassifiziert ist

The staff was very nice!!! I want to say a huge "MERCI " to Ms Trin, she was lovely and very available :D The bedroom was very clean. The hostel is a bit far from the inner city ( need a taxi 15min), but the area is more quiet and this is really appreciable after one day in the inner city. it is also in front of the lake so you can enjoy a walk, the vietnamese bars... The hostel is located in the foreign area, so you will find all international foods ( bakery, wine shop..) as well as vietnamese food, of course!!
