4 different restaurants for breakfast (top of the town restaurant was particularly nice), rooftop pool, free hourly shuttle to district 1

I like to have breakfast at the Executive lounge not so crowded as the other cafes. The room is comfortable and clean.

I wanted a pair of extra bedroom slippers and a bath towel for my son and we called up all the lines like : housekeeping, reception, conceirge for 2 days but no one pick up the call. Eventually, we approached one of the housekeepers and managed to get our items.By the way, we upgraded our room from 'Deluxe' to Executive.

Was a stopover and we only stayed 2 nights but couldnt fault anything. Although the hotel was quite a way from the general tourist attractions the shuttle bus service was excellent.

Great location near Chinatown. Nice Staff always willing to help. AMAZING array of food, especially the Dinner Buffet..you won't believe the amount and range of foods on offer. Great value. Excellent shuttle service to District 1, markets etc. Very helpful doormen and Concierge. Room facilities were very good and comfortable.

Not sure if we were "sold-up" at check-in. Room wasnt ready but they happened to have a better room availble at a higher cost. If genuine, then all good. If not, then should be stopped as it cheapens the experience. Need more chairs in reception area.

Location of the hotel , its bit far from city center but there is free shuttle bus to compensate. No kids pool.

Spacious compared with other budget hotels in Ho Chi Minh City. Close to An Dong Market.

I would say rather disappointed staying in this hotel. Room is spacious but looks "old". The breakfast buffett was so so only. I have tried a chicken rice in the lobby restaurant when I arrived. It was the most horrible chicken rice I have ever tasted in my life. No free Internet / Wi-Fi service. The location is not good, though it offers free shuttle bus to downtown.

We had the presidential suite which was just so luxurious and wonderful for a family with 4 children. It is a very busy, colourful, vibrant hotel, much like the area which it is situated.

Lobby, health spa and restaurants were very good and up to international standards.

The room was a little spartan compared to other facilities mentioned above.
