we were uograded to a suite which was absolutely wonderful. Staff were helpful and pleasant - veiw from the restaurants were great. The only negative is location.

I like to have breakfast at the Executive lounge not so crowded as the other cafes. The room is comfortable and clean. I wanted a pair of extra bedroom slippers and a bath towel for my son and we called up all the lines like : housekeeping, reception, conceirge for 2 days but no one pick up the call. Eventually, we approached one of the housekeepers and managed to get our items.By the way, we upgraded our room from 'Deluxe' to Executive.

Was a stopover and we only stayed 2 nights but couldnt fault anything. Although the hotel was quite a way from the general tourist attractions the shuttle bus service was excellent.

Great location near Chinatown. Nice Staff always willing to help. AMAZING array of food, especially the Dinner Buffet..you won't believe the amount and range of foods on offer. Great value. Excellent shuttle service to District 1, markets etc. Very helpful doormen and Concierge. Room facilities were very good and comfortable. Not sure if we were "sold-up" at check-in. Room wasnt ready but they happened to have a better room availble at a higher cost. If genuine, then all good. If not, then should be stopped as it cheapens the experience. Need more chairs in reception area.

Good restaurant with 24 hours service; Excellent and many choices for breakfast. There is free shuttle bus to the city center.

Nice hotel & good breakfast. Room is very clean & spacious .Free shuttle service around town & District 1 is very convenient. There are also shopping bazaar just next door. We had nice holiday & enjoyed our stay.

- Hotef staff were helpful and pleasant - Free hourly shuttle to downtown - Breakfast was very good - No free WiFi internet at rooms (only broadband connection was available at room and internet fee was $ 5 per 1 hr or $ 10 per day or $ 60 per week) - The laundry facility was very expensive - Swimming pool was so small - They charged full price at check-in

Spacious compared with other budget hotels in Ho Chi Minh City. Close to An Dong Market. I would say rather disappointed staying in this hotel. Room is spacious but looks "old". The breakfast buffett was so so only. I have tried a chicken rice in the lobby restaurant when I arrived. It was the most horrible chicken rice I have ever tasted in my life. No free Internet / Wi-Fi service. The location is not good, though it offers free shuttle bus to downtown.

Upgraded room was mini suite - great facilities (choice of restos, bar, shops, relax, swimming pool) - two pieces of laundry per day to laundry included in price. When to choose in dispute between client and taxi driver over price (never take VietnamTourist), duty manager choose side of taxt driver withour explaining why.

We had the presidential suite which was just so luxurious and wonderful for a family with 4 children. It is a very busy, colourful, vibrant hotel, much like the area which it is situated.

Executive lounge happy hour was better than expected. Nice to have breakfast at lounge aswell. Room service also good and not overpriced. Gym needs more up to date equipment. Customer service level not effective at roof resturant.

房间很干净、舒适，适合商务出差人士；酒店的工作人员热情尽责，服务周到；4楼的海鲜自助晚餐很好吃。缺点- 是退房的时候效率有点低，望改进。
