The Windsor Plaza Hotel is a deluxe 405 room 26-storey hotel and nine storey shopping, convention and entertainment complex. The hotel is the first in the country constructed atop a large shopping mall. The main lobby, business center and the 500-seat Café Central western restaurant are located on the fourth floor. The swimming pool, fitness center, executive lounge and women's massage and spa are all located obove the guest rooms on the 24th floor. Top of the Town with Fine dining and a panoramic 360 degree view of all of Ho Chi Minh City are located on the 25th floor.
