Self catering with everything you need, free use of water equipment - canoes, privacy, BBQ area & has everything you need - oil, paper towel etc, friendly staff, clean rooms! Free WIFI, rooms overlook the beach, have an iPod dock, security guards on duty at night

The staff were outstanding - helped with absolutely anything we asked and always with a smile. They couldn't have been more helpful. The grounds were well kept and everything was very clean and tidy.

The fact that there was nowhere to eat! Had to travel to have a meal. A cafe/bar would have made this place so much better.

No inhouse service. No bar, no restaurant, no breakfast. Nearest shopping several km away. Booking.com should have specifically informed that there is no common service at this resort, only self catering. The beach can hardly be called a beach. There is access to the sea, but the bottom is stony so one can hardly go bare feet into the sea. The water is dirty and full of drifting litter. Sea bathing and swimmingis not possible.

Room was excellent - view was fantastic- cleaned daily and privacy was respected

Nice view and location on the beach. Great wifi coverage in the entire resort. Beautiful and comfortable studio with everything we needed.

It would be nice if there was a bar or just a small restaurant with simple dishes. The place is quite far from shops and other places, so it would have been good to have somewhere to go to socialize and have a snack. The cleaners could be more generous in replacing our towels more often.

Cleaning staff not thorough. The microwave was filthy and had not been cleaned on our arrival. Very cursary cleaning was done while we were there. No instructions on use of stove top

It's just what a mid-range priced tropical resort should be. Spacious rooms with good quality furniture, pretty good beach and swimming, beautiful tropical views.

Mgt needs to pay more attention to fixtures. Our shower door was broken. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up.

very friendly staff, very clean and tidy

We were two mature couples. The two bedroom apartment was spacious with two bathrooms. Aircon and ceiling fans worked well and were essential. Beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was good quality. The view of the pool and sea was amazing. All that was promised was there, enough tea, coffee, milk for the first day or two. Wonderful friendly staff.

A minimum of dishes/plates/.bowls. Only 4 of everything. A bit inconvenient as we did much of our own cooking. The saucepans needed replacing as they were rusty and well worn .

Being able to cook for ourselves

Recommended, nice staff, lovely big apartments. To have a fully equipped modern kitchen like the Nasama offers is essential unless you want to pay $100s of dollars a day for food at any restaurant.

As long as one understands that The Nasama is away from the hustle and bustle and seeks peace and quite, it is perfect :)

Wonderful hotel with great friendly staff. It needs a poolside bar and a bit more information in the welcome pack...checking out time etc. The reception was fantastic at booking tours.

Needs a pool bar for residents as it is out of the main town and this would have made the resort have some atmosphere that it was lacking.

Nasama Resort was completely underrated! From the price I expected so much less and to say the least was pleasantly surprised when I arrived! A beautiful resort in a beautiful place! Not one complaint from my time there and I will hopefully be returning!

Clean & tastefully decorated. Right on the water. Lovely pool and outdoor areas. Everything you needed in the units to be self sufficient.

Distance from eateries. Would have been great if a restaurant/bar facility was available

Fantastic modern comfortable room. very spacious and with good kitchen facilities.

Had quite a bit of trouble with the hot water - quite inconsistent.

manque de disponibilité des machines dans les" laundry" du fait que le personnel de l'hôtel y lave et sèche les draps et serviettes toute la journée alors que l'on nous fait payer leur utilisation.

La gentillesse des personnels - l'accueil par une personne parlant français a été appréciable pour nous qui ne parle pas anglais - les services rendus - la propreté de l'ensemble - la beauté de la piscine et la proximité de la petite plage privée de l'hôtel. Les travaux ne nous ont pas dérangé et le centre ville peut être rallié très rapidement avec les très nombreux mini-bus qui passent devant l'hôtel. Moyennant 150 vatu, ils vous déposent où vous voulez en ville, cela est très pratique.

L'absence de table haute et de chaise permettant de prendre les repas. La table basse et les fauteuils de la terrasse ne sont pas adaptés pour manger....dommage.

la tranquillité, le bord de mer avec sa piscine, la chambre spacieuse, le confort.

bon rapport qualité/prix. les chambres sont magnifiques, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. le personnel est accueillant.
