Beautiful accommodation, stunning location, well maintained and beautifully landscaped and decoration. All the tours offered by White Grass were great, the guides helpful and friendly - real adventures including the custom village, black magic experience, local market and Tanna highlights and of course the Volcano visit was utterly life changing. Great meals and the limited number of guests meant lots of peaceful and private time.

Small but annoying issue, the shower was always either burning hot or freezing cold, we could never get it balanced.

This resort provides a good-quality experience for a high price. The room was very comfortable and it's great to have very good snorkelling in calm water just a short walk away. The trip to the volcano was extraordinary, as hoped.

The food is ok without being extraordinary - we walked to Evergreen (next door) for dinner on two nights. Be aware that their no-refund policy means you'd better have travel insurance if the airline can't get you there on the intended day - you'll be paying for your room regardless, and the airline certainly won't be helping.

I thoroughly enjoyed everything. The staff and management are excellent. The facilities are first class. I especially enjoyed meeting the local people who welcomed us without expectation. I can't wait to go back.

    My visit was too short.

Good location, great staff, great bures with a view of the ocean. Would be a good accomodation option for a 2 to 3 day visit.

Food and drinks were expensive and no food/drinks package was offered. Activities were expensive. The pricing is probably aimed at 2 to 3 day visitors whereas we stayed 7 nights. The offered dinner meals were ambitious for the skill of the cooking staff and meals were often overcooked. Lunches and breakfasts were OK but after a few days they became monotonous and hit and miss with the cooking. This is a great place to stay for 2 to 3 days.

Nicola was very helpful with some last minute logistic changes which we appreciated. The grounds and pool were lovely.

The cost was ridiculous- $435 per night for a small, mediocre room for the four of us. I just cannot understand how they can justify this amount. Also they charge 25% more for the tours (volcano etc) and give a worse exchange rate than neighbouring place to stay Evergreen. I really felt ripped off when we wandered over next door.

Very friendly, committed and knowledgable management. Good restaurant. Perfect execution of excursions, transfers. Nice pool. Excellent location!

Bungalows are a bit small for families (but fit 4 beds). Somewhat rundown bathroom facilities, which will be redone in the next few months.

-Proximity from the airport -Pretty resort for Tanna -Good organization of the trip to the Volcano -Friendly owners

-Bungalows could have been cleaner, we don't like when the ceiling is dark, you don't see well insects over your head... Painting it white would give a much better impression
