The courtesy, and helpfulness of staff; the cleanliness of the rooms and environment; and the range of facilities: pool, outdoor seating, range of indoor meeting places; business centre (essential on a business trip). I would like more vegetarian choice on the lunch and dinner menus.

The staff were friendly. Great value for money. Free late check out with the ability to return to the room for shower before leaving was a real bonus

To far out of town. Most off staff very friendly but quite hard to get staff to complete a request.

1. Pleasant staff. 2. Quiet Room. 3. Nice food. 4. Free parking. 5. Complimentary airport transfer. 6. Complimentary extended check out 1. Apia location. Being accosted in the streets of Apia by persistent peddlers every time one left the hotel was not pleasant. 2. Bathroom needed maintenance; unit door wouldn't shut; air conditioning fluctuated at night and didn't keep the room cool. 3. Broadband was too slow and inconsistent to conduct any serious business.
