we stayed in the beachfront villas for 6 days. Sorry but we felt it was overpriced for a room with limited linen, no facewashers, handtowels, tea towels. no cereal bowls, can opener, cutting board or anything to heat in microwave or wash dishes with? TV plays repeated programmes? no sky the bathroom is worn, the hot water,if any had no volume or power.struggled with trickle of water. we had dinner once, was not impressed with meals, again overpriced for something that can be made ourselves.
Beach front location & right in Salelologa, breakfast buffet & the option to order hot breakfast. Staff were quiet, although 1 or 2 were helpful. enjoyed the privacy. great for short stays.

Kitchenette very poorly equipped

Our only complaint was that our room had a rip in its mosquito netting window screen so we got bitten all night.
My friend and I stayed in a balcony room last month. Staff were lovely and really went out of their way to be helpful. Location is v close to the Salelologo ferry terminal. Room was immaculately tidy.

No clean towels everyday Were told not allowed to take food and beverages to the rooms (food that we personally bought) Rooms were not serviced everyday The food we ordered was not to the standard and prices were high Felt judged by the staff
close to market and wharf

Jet over could not find our names on their systems even though we showed them booking.com confirmation email it was all confirmed.

-My mother was told by staff members that they do not allow food or beverages to be consumed in the rooms as they don't like cochroaches, I mean if that is the case then why have a kitchen, a microwave and a fridge. -They never changed our towels every day we had to ask for more and when we did they only supplied us with one, even though there were more of us. -I felt because we are Samoan they didn't really treat us as well as they treated other nationalities, I saw them serve them food in their rooms and would go up to them and ask them if they needed anything as where we had to go and ask ourselves, we are paying customers and deserve the same service as any other paying customer, just as we have the same opportunity to write reviews. -This does not refer to all the staff members there don't get me wrong it was only a few, but like they say one bad apple in a pod spoils the whole lot.
That there is a pool close to the city

Nothing within walking distance of the hotel and the room/view was not worth the price paid. Shower definitely needed a clean as well
Really friendly staff and if we'd had a big group, it would have been a great place to be.

The room - cleanliness, bedding, furnishing etc was not up to the standard that is shown in the website. Our room did not have basic things - no plug for the sink, no toilet roll holder, no remote for TV (not a flat screen), no phone, no complimentary water or milk.
Great location Friendly staff

Bathroom on different level, not so good for an elderly person. No handrails to the stairs. No rubbish bin on upper level. No coat hangers to wardrobe. No cutlery in kitchen or tea towels. Could improve on quality and variety of food for continental breakfast.
Proximity to the Ferry Terminal. Friendly and helpful staff. Attractive gardens and surrounds. Nice swimming pool. Peaceful. Wonderful seaviews and view of the bay. Nice modern heat pump/air condition units. Clean rooms. General service excellent.

The Restaurant & Menu.. A list of drinks was provided but when requested preferred drink they were unable to make it, the menu also said Pork which we ordered but they could not provide, same story the next day. Everything was overcooked.

The stairs ....
From the moment we arrived the staff treated us as special. The gardens, pool surrounds, ocean view and outdoor seating the best in Salelologa. We stayed in an ocean view room, nice and spaceous with kitchen and electric jug, but no other facilities. We always travelled with a bag containing coffee, sugar, milk powder, crackers and topping, as many places had nothing to offer in the room. The Jet Over Ocean View Room was two storey, bathroom, kitchen and table downstairs, with double and single bed and suit case bench and clothing storage upstairs. All these facilities were great. If you have trouble with stairs this would be the only downside. The dinners were fantastic, the bar was ok, and the breakfasts minimalistic. Courtesy transport was provided for us taking us to our next destination, and as the following night was a Fia Fia night, the transport picked us up and returned us to our hotel, free of charge - fantatsic service. I'm sure if you organise it, they would collect you from the ferry, which is very close by. This is a great value hotel, with excellent service, hospitality, layout and surrounds. We have stayed at many places on both islands in Samoa, and value for money the Jet Over Hotel is at the top.

Staff, location to shops and having a great massage too.

Our stay at Jet Over was fantastic. Our room was good and the kitchenette was perfect for the family to prepare basic snacks. The restaurant was great. Breakfasts were plenty and varied. The lunch menu was also great value and tasty. The setting and landscaping was a highlight as you didn't feel like you were in town. Stunning view, gardens and outdoor seating. The pool was also a highlight for the children. The little gift shop was very convenient. The manager at the time was fabulous

No real beach. couldn't hire bikes in the area. Taxi drivers pushy and fast drivers.
The staff where all friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we had a good time.Nice pool area and good location to local shops and the market.

I didn't like that even after booking through booking.com jet over didn't know we were coming stay. If I hadn't call the staff wouldn't have known. The staff were friendly however some staff weren't trained enough to answer some of our questions. The breakfast was great but the dinner menu was not so good. We felt the island a savaii was incredible so we wished we stayed closer to manase. Jet over hotel is about a 45min drive to the more attractive sights in manase. Overall I would rate our stay a 3 star.
If you are a traveller not wanting to travel around the island then jet over is the place to stay. Location was very close to the ferry terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor area including the pool was the main attraction of jet over. Would only recommend the ocean view room as the other rooms look out to nothing. The rooms were clean however the shower had some mold which it didn't make us want leave our room because the rest of the room was clean. Would recommend the hotel to have cleaner showers.

Friendly staff who went above and beyond for us. Excellent location and incredibly good value for money..can't wait to return!!

There wasn't anything to dislike, except maybe the barking dogs from a village across the bay. Maybe the steps to the bedroom would be a problem for older guests.
Staff were excellent. Especially Chris, and dining room staff. Pancakes were the best we have ever tasted. Close to ferry. Lovely setting, garden, pool, and beach. We love you Chris and wish you all the best.

The rooms were disgusting, I could not believe the state of them. The first thing I noticed was the horrible smell and then cockroaches crawling around. The interior was so bad all around the room. I can't believe they let people stay in this condition let alone young children. I was so apalled at the service of the staff even though my family spent over 1g in one night on dinner and drinks. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Go for a swim there but be careful they charge outsiders 20tala pp to swim even if you've spent a fortune at their restaurant. I have one word for this hotel GROSS!!!!
The outside area of the hotel was beautiful which normally is an indication of what to look forward to inside the hotel. Boy was I wrong!!!
July 17, 2014
Room not serviced as stated in their policy. No front desk service at the time we checked out at 6am, so the hotel security got one of the staff member who was sleeping to check us out. Bathroom sink is rusted inside, it's a put off when you wash your face.
Food and bar.

Oceanview rooms and the staff were so helpful and friendly and always at your service.

Loved the facilities and Oceanview rooms were so comfortable and clean.

My kids loved the pool they are only 4 and 5 years and they enjoy their time their

Over priced drinks, very slow food service.
View, pool outdoor area.

My bed wasn't very comfortable - had springs poking me. You can't go in the water from the beach, as the rocks are not the kind you can walk over. The food was ok, not great. Go with the fresh fish.
The pool area is very nice, as is the man-made little beach that has lounge chairs under palm trees. Good air con in the room. They have hire cars that you can rent on the spot.

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and had a great view and the service was excellent and staff were high quality. The breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
