Lovely staff and owners. Always called me by name even only staying there a few days. Were made to feel part of the family.

Couldnt find anything not to like

The staff and family owners were wonderful. It was a lovely peaceful atmosphere with plenty of room to sit on the porch or in the open areas and relax and visit with other guests. A very warm home like pleasant environment with a good breakfast and dinner could be ordered if you wished.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was great. Rooms clean, breakfast big.

No facilities like TV/ Cable for a single traveler like me

Great service, friendly & helpful staff (but 'not in your face'), everything clean and tidy, lovely building, supermarket next door, good locality with cheap taxis to downtown, hot water showers

Not really anything, but as a suggestion, how about some nice, cold coconuts to drink

I loved the friendly staff and mainly the chef Paulo with his presentation of his food at dinner time every night and lunch on Sundays. The master bedroom is the best room and my partner and I had a great time. The hotel is also in a great location next to a shop which was the only one opened during the cyclone-Cyclone Evan. Best hotel I've stayed in Samoa and recommend it to others.

We all loved Lynn's Getaway. It was one of the friendliest places I have ever stayed at and the staff were exceptional. Paulo the chef was always keen to know what you enjoyed eating and went out of his way to cook excetionally delicious meals for us. The wonderful Samoan ladies, Pina, Farte and Polollo cooked breakfast, cleaned and helped us in all ways possible to organize our day. They were just lovely. We were genuinely sad to leave.

Lynn's Getaway Hotel has a super friendly atmosphere and it was very easy to get to know the other guests over breakfast and dinner. It was great fun chatting with the others and hearing their tales. The hotel has a chef who prepares excellent dinners. They were also very helpful arranging/conducting a tour to the eastern end of the island.

I've travelled all over the world but never met with as warm, friendly and generous a welcome as I did at Lynn's Getaway. Throughout the stay, I was treated more like a long-lost member of the family than a paying guest and provided with every assistance imaginable, with Lynn and her staff going well beyond the call of duty at every turn. The accommodation was comfortable, the facilities fine and the food excellent, so that it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable and memorable stays I have experienced anywhere.

Lynn's was great. My husband and I spent 4 happy nights there. The breakfasts are wonderful. Lynn is on site frequently and I think that is why the place runs so well. Her helpers were lots of fun and we enjoyed ourselves while being well cared for. This is not a luxury hotel, but who needs one when you have Lynn's?
