Friendly, accommodating staff. Great outdoor swimming area. Good breakfasts. Walk to town and restaurants.
Ask for a quiet room away from the busy road.
Loved the people, atmosphere, customer service.. Some staff didnt smile as much lol
How pricey it was..
Location (proximity to the city) and staff were friendly.
Cleanliness of bathroom, traffic noise of the area, lack of parking and the need to reverse out into traffic to exit the carpark. Rooms were not cleaned daily.
Location, oka from the manager, breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and welcoming, what's a really secure place.. Service was great..
Having trouble sleeping because of the sun is too bright early in the morning. The room No #39 I really recommend that you guys should place darker curtains to block the sun from waking you up early in the morning.
Dear Pasefika Inn. In July myself & 2 others checked in on Thrusday the 17th in a.m due to a delay in our flight from Akl NZ. Our stay was ok everything was ok, but what made our stay a lot better & awesome was the staff! We bonded with the staff. Lovely people although our faasamoa wasn't 100% we enjoyed it very much. The company & how you all catered for a party of 3 sounding like a party of 30. We would like to thank you very much for the awesome stay & we will be booking in again after our busy life in Akl cools. Thank you so much.
I didn't quite like the pool, but hey it was just me. The other 2 enjoyed it
The staff were very helpful and accomodating.
international prices with horrible facilities
Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great near the eastside of main Apia Road & harbour. Able to bring in food from outside and use their kitchen to warm up and utilise cutlery & crockery, as no dinners provided. Large spacious rooms. Near harbour restaurants & shops. Despite dislikes, hotel has a warm feel to it and would go back to it.
No lift for older patrons for 3 levels, so lots of stairs. No TV's in rooms. Very tired and in need of maintenance bathrooms. Towels provided clean/tired with holes. No soap/shampoos provided. Breakfast buffet very simple fare.
Breakfast was ok.
The room was congested & was quite disappointed with the pictures posted on their website as it was quite misleading.
The pool was the only acceptable facility there. Some of the staff were OK.
The room was like a prison cell, the bed was worn out, the bathroom was horrible with only cold water, the breakfast was a joke, the manager was worrying, very over priced considering we stayed at a much better hotel for only 15 tala (AUD$7.50) per night more.
Honestly I've been there just few hours, between the flight and the ferry, but I had a very good impression. Staff is very nice, the room was big and I had a double bed and a toilet for the price of a place in a shared room. Breakfast is good and for free
Excellent friendly and helpfull staff
Location Price Room size
Breakfast Decor, light, mattress, pillows Noise Unclean toilet rim On-off hot water in the shower
The warm kind greetings from staff everytime you see them, the secruity guard and gate locked after midnght and 24 hour front desk support.
near the main town and shops, friendly staff.
the air con was a bit noisy
The swimming pool area was great!! Eating Breakfast out on the balcony was simply amazing.. The staff members (Girls in general were so lovely, great customer service and very friendly) they made our stay that much better!
The kitchen facilities, bathrooms in the hotel rooms, furniture in general all need major upgrade. Also with washing dishes there should be dishwashing liquid available not soap.
Staff very friendly, open breakfast/lounge area so visitors mixed and chatted. Handy to town with shop at door. airy and spacious.
Was not any place for guests to make simple snacks, as advertised.
Close to the vicinity of CBD and see to walk around to do bussiness
No restaurant at the inn and had to go most times to look for food.
Was close to marina
The toilet seat was broken, there was no rose on the shower so was like standing under a hose, the air conditioning unit was very noisy and no control to turn off, breakfast was very poor and they charged more than the amount I booked it at. So in all very un happy with the hotel
The staff were very friendly, their service was great. I like the swimming pool good location, because its right next to the store.
I didn't like the fact that we had to cook our own food, can't place any order of food or what so ever if were hungry...I didn't like the breakfast served in the morning, its like ever since we arrived there it was the same breakfast (cocnut, vi, papaya and bread)..There's no hotel van to await us or to take us to places no television in the room no refrigerator...
Very friendly staff, a/c, good location, atm and convenience store next door, breakfast included.
The only real problem we encountered was that there was no key for our room (only the master key kept by staff). Every time we came or went, we needed to ask a staff member to unlock/lock our door. It was quite inconvenient, and I don't believe they always actually locked it for us. Nothing was stolen, but I did not feel like our belongings were secure while we were out each day.
People went out of their way to help. Friendly and pleasant at all times Facilities were very good, very clean I loved the towel sculptures each day. A very enjoyable experience.
A bit cool overnight with air cond, on, but too stuffy with it off. Another sheet would have helped. Also an exra towel. One isn't enough.
It has a good location in the centre of Apia, a good stop off before seeing the rest of the islands. Staff were friendly, breakfast selection was good.
The room was quite old and tired, very basic.
Friendly and helpful people, smile on their face. Apologatic about discomfort i had. Great swimming pool.
Ants and cockroaches. The way of cleaning is old fashioned, just a broom to shift dust from one place to another. A vacuum cleaner would do a good job. See also nr 6 below.
