The Customer Service at this place was horrible! One of the worst I've ever experienced, and I still put my faith in this place after being told about this and it's a very sad thing to say because they are in the hospitality business but the Customer Service was just an epic fail. When checking in, I was told that my hotel bill was almost $100 more than what was quoted on my hotel itinerary and had I not printed it out for my records, they would have charged me their rate instead of mine. On top of that, every time I needed something and called the front desk, the phone would ring for 5 minutes (literally) before anyone answered and that's IF anyone answered! The WiFi service is horrible in the rooms, it's pretty good elsewhere on the property except for your room which is disappointing because once I'm in there..I don't want to leave. And, don't bother eating here, the food is disgusting! Breakfast which was free (except for my 11 year old niece who stayed with us but because she was free and not a paying Customer, her breakfast was not free) was ok, same menu everyday .. no kind of change in the menu and it was very bland (coffee and hot tea however were fabulous!). Everything else for lunch and dinner is disgusting, so save your money and take a 5-7 minute walk down the street to Amanaki's, your money will probably be well spent there especially with a fabulous menu! I really wanted to like this place, it's a nice little hideaway but after my experience .. I'd much rather go to a neighboring hotel, spend less money and get higher quality service.
The room was beautiful, simple and very island chic interior decorating.
