Basically, you get all you need, and you are close to the city center. Wi-Fi connection is also good. There is a parking lot nearby, which is likely not guarded, but safe enough

Steep stairs, narrow corridors, and squeaky floors are three main downsides of this hotel. Staff is nice, but they pay too much attention to you (if you speak Russian, at least; I would not expect good knowledge of foreign languages...)

Friendly staff. Wi-fi in the room. Cosy courtyard.

Narrow labyrinthine corridors and steep steps, flimsy construction, lack of safe boxes, street noise. Carrying a heavy suitcase up and down tiny spiral staircase was a challenge with no porter to assist. My room faced a flat wall with all sounds (humans conversing, cars starting, cars being locked) reflecting and focusing on my window. Sleep was impossible. A next-door cathedral's bells started chiming at 7 am and continued every 15 minutes thereafter. The construction appears flimsy with the building shaking and creaking every time someone walks up or down the stairs or in the hallway. The in-house restaurant serves heavy unpalatable local cuisine and blares deafening local rock music, even for breakfast. The espresso is revolting.

Quiet room with all necessary for the price.Good bed and wifi.Good security.I think it's the best hotel I found in Simferopol.Town center is very closed. There is a big supermarket not very far and it's possible to go everywhere by foot. But the station is far(2/3km)

The breakfast ist average. The room is a little sad.

Comfortable bed. Nice room. Nice manager felt bad about noise and refunded some of our money.

Wedding party directly beneath us... Music and noise very loud until midnite - then staff directly above us, talking, walking, going in and out all night. Did not sleep.

The hotel was located very centrally in the city. And it was very quiet.

If you arrived to the hotel later in the evening the front door was locked and you have to buzz the Housekeeper to open the door. I think this was a little inconvenient for the staff to have to get up at all hours of the night.

Good location, good Internet connection, refrigerator in the room.

No elevator. I had 2 heavy luggage and was a torture to bring them up and down. Nobody was available to assist me. They didn't replace the soap, the shampoo and the bath gel I used the first day. Almost nobody English speaking.

hotel is located middle of city. 2 min from centrum so sure its perfect for those who like be close to city pulse. self city simferopol feels like a spanish city. it feels as people have siesta, city pule is slow, people is relaxing a lot. so this city is perfect your family with children.

that price i paid for suite, around 80 dollar night and didnt hade free breakfast. thats way too poor.

Central location and very friendly staff. Nice room with air-con! Simferopol is central for visits to Crimea, both by car and by buses.

It is central and fairly easy to find, but the area around the hotel is a bit deserted at night. Also the hotel does not have a manned reception, although there was always someone to help.

We stayed at apartment on the top floor, I liked the room design and the comfort it offered. Including bathroom which was very spatious , clean and well designed. Also the staff was OK with our late check-in, I let them know in advance that we arrive at about 23:00. They were waiting us as agreed.

I did not like the surroundings - no place to park the car nearby unless you break the "noo parking" sign while you unload your luggage. And a small inconvenience - the blankets are one per bed, intended for two people. So if you don't like to shere it with your couple, ask for additional one.

Chief and staff where friendly and quick. The room (Nr. 7) was in excellent condition, very clean and fitted with: - fridge - tv (only russian and ukrain) - a small but very good and new bath - couch with table - several lights and - very good air-condition. The doors to the room and the stairs can only be opend by electrical card system. This makes sure, that no unautorized person can go there. The Hotel is directly close to the inner-city of Somferopol and a supermarket is around the corner.

It is possible to hear guests from neigbour-rooms, because the walls are very poorly soudproofed.

    Friendly staff.

The window of the room did not have blinds that block the day light-Big window. So I woke up at 5 am every morning because of daylight.
