Huge (spacious) room. Staff are very friendly and helpful - calling taxi, finding out time table and fares for long distance travel etc. Wi-fi is good.

One needs to take a taxi or bus to go to the town centre (not expensive). Though one can also walks (20 - 30 minutes). Seems that the shower taps cannot be turned off completely and there was dripping.

Location and confort.

You need a taxi to go up to the hill but it costs really nothing.

The price I got for the room for paying on the day was excellent and extremely good value for money for what was basically a suite with a view over the city.

The shower - unfortunately the water temperature would not stay constant, it continually swung from extremely hot to extremely cold so I could only stand under the shower for quick bursts while it was bearable. This was a great shame because everything else about the room was excellent. Breakfast. I was quite annoyed at this. Serving should have begun at 0700hrs.. Yet no staff turned up to open the restaurant until about 0705. Service did not begin until after 0710. Because of this I had to eat my omlette in about 5 minutes then leave my room card at the table and head to the railway station for my train. I think the staff are disrespectful to their boss for doing this. Maybe it was only a one-off.

We loved the price and location before booking. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful.The rooms are nice, with very modern bathrooms. Very good restaurant anexed to the hotel and hight quality.

Everything was Ok, rooms are very big with modern shower cabin on bathroom, LCD Tv with many english channels true the satelit make felling at home.

The service was nothing short of excellent! Everything was taken care of effortlessly. Room was beautiful. The hotel was a pleasure to stay in, I will definitely be staying there again in the future. The underground parking for us was very important and it was free of charge, we ask for take away breakfast for early in morning and they have done very nice sendwiches and take away drinks.

The room was spacious, very clean, and elegantly appointed. The dining room was gorgeous. Our reservation included breakfast which we were very pleased with. It was a continental buffet with plenty of choices of fruit, juice and pastries. The coffee and tea was excellent. We would definitely advise other guests to have breakfast in the Chalet Denis Restaurant, which is part of Hotel Denis. not in your room (as you have a choice). The view and elegance in the dining room should not be missed. Some people have complained about the breakfast, but we think they must have had it delivered and, in that case, they would not have had the opportunity to try the wonderful pastries and to help themselves to seconds, if they wanted. The big surprise is that you can choose the Indian Food made by Indian chiefs, from Mumtaz Mahal Indian Restaurant, which is again part of Hotel Denis.

This is a wonderful hotel, very convenient to the train station and overlooking the main City platforms, from which you can go anywhere in Pristina. The staff are excellent, friendly and always helpful. The rooms are modern and well designed. The breakfasts are included and are among the best we have encountered in our travels. We have stayed here on several occasions and look forward to our next stay in April.

Very big and comfortable room, big balcony, clean room, modern shower, very kind staff.

The only thing one has to take into account that breakfast is not in the same building, you have to go outside. Yet this doesn' t matter much.

The hotel looks very stylish and cleaned, nice staff personal, the location is just perfect!!

Hotel staff is very gentle and helpful. Although we arrived early in the morning, we do not confront any problem regarding early check-in. Rooms are large and beds are KING size.

It is away from city centre. But the taxis are cheap. It costs 1.5 euro from the center and 2.5 euro from main bus station.

Merkeze 15 dk yurume mesafesinde, tepede oldugundan dolayı yuruyerek donmek biraz zor.

Die Zimmer waren sehr gross und schoen, sogar mit Sauna. Die Zimmer waren suaber und gepflegt. es war ein sonniges Zimmer mit 100m2 und riesen Terasse.Das Fruestueck war sehr lecker mit super Auswahl. Zum empfehlen Gerne wieder einmal

Odalari çok büyük , fiyat diğer Avrupa ülkeleri ile kiyaslayinca daha uygun, merkeze çok uzak değil

Odalar çok eski ,banyoda nerdeyse hiçbir malzeme yok. (sadece sıvı sabun vardı) Aile için çok uygun değil. Mitrovica ya doğru yine dört yıldız ve aynı fiyata çok daha yeni ve temiz oteller var. Ama mutlak araç lazim

Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert.. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr kalt, ( die Heizung lief kaum .) Keine gute w-lan Verbindung. Sauberkeit: schlecht!!! Spinnennetze an der Decke, Toilette nicht sauber!! Ecklig! Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt. Ausstattung sehr altmodisch. Teppiche wenigstens austauschen und Schöne Bilder an die Wand hängen für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre
