It looked nice and relatively economic on the website. I was not disappointed: it was delightful. Especially the courtyard. The staff were charming.

Excellent well-designed comfortable modern hotel with good-sized rooms and with good efficient air conditioning and bathroom. Wide choice for breakfast and a restaurant for dining. Garage parking is available if you have a car. If, as I did, you plan to travel by bus, the main bus station is very conveniently only five minutes walk from the hotel, from which buses go to all the main towns in Kosovo with very cheap fares and scenic routes through the countryside. Particularly recommended are visits to Decan, Peja and Prizren. For those who want an alternative to dining in the hotel there is a very good restaurant directly opposite across the road, or it is 15-20 minutes walk to restaurants in the centre of Pristina. I travel frequently as a tourist in the Balkans and this is the best hotel I have stayed at in recent years.

Prices throughout Kosovo are very low by comparison to developed Europe. This includes the Nartel where you get excellent value. Free collection from Pristina airport for instance. The staff were magnificent , speaking good English and prepared to help with anything from taxis to directions. Food? Magnificent. How about a 1kg trout/veg for 15euro ! Or a full chicken meal for only 6 euro etc. Modern hotel, indoor spacious lounges, cool outdoor terrace - it was 38c when we were there. It takes at least 10 mins to walk into town ,say via Bill Clinton Boulevard but it is only 3 minutes to the bus station which we used a lot. So the location is not dead central but was excellent for us. Everyone friendly to tourists in town - even the police will shake your hand - as they are thankful for all economic support in this new country.

We did find our room still being cleaned on return from breakfast . We were happy to wait but others may not be.

The Hotel is new( a year old) we had a great time and when we return to Prishtina we will stay there.

Though slightly pricy, the hotel is extemely confortable and very well located (very near to the bus station - suitable if you want to move around Kosovo by bus). The rooms are very modern and clean, the wifi works perfectly and the service is very kind and opened to give you some insight on the city/country youre in. Definetly, if spending a bit more in your acommodation is not a big deal, this is a brilliant choice for your stay.

Modern hotel placed in the residential area. Very good and helpfull staff, underground and safe parking, free wifi and computer in the lobby, very good breakfast and very, very good and quite cheap hotel restaurant.

Rather difficult to find this hotel, because there is no precision hotel adress. Published address is the name of the area not a street. The streets are very narrow and partly under construction. This hotel is about 200 m to the south-west from the main road next to the Mercedes service, not like on the map in the service (hotel is placed little to the east). This is rather end of the city, not near to the center.

Excellent hotel, friendly and polite staff, they speak perfectly English and other languages, helps us with advice where to eat good tipical dishes, big and clean rooms, very nice bathroom, we liked the design. The location is great, 20 min of walk to the centre or cca. 2,50 € for taxi. Free Wi-Fi works great. The private underground parking is also great, we didn't have to pay it extra. We really recommend it!

It is very seldom, that a guest can experience such an attention from hotel staff, as it is there. The employees simply did not know, what more they could do for us! This is a new, nice hotel with spacious rooms, good working wi-fi, decent breakfast. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

top hotel in jeder hinsicht! innenstadt unkompliziert zu fuss zu erreichen, busbahnhof direkt nebenan.
