Nothing bad, all was good
A couple easy blocks from pedestrian center, right next to Bazar. Nice people work there. Clean room. Good breakfast. Overall good value.
Wi-fi sometimes paused for 1 minute. Not many services just next door.
Spacious, modern, comfortable room. Wi-fi reliable and fast. Location walkable to anywhere in Pristina.
Cozy and comfortable, small family owned hotel. It is located about 5mins walking from the center of Pristina. At night it was quiet, even though the windows of my room faced the street. The owners are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The hotel and room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Everything was lovely! I enjoyed my stay here.
The wi-fi doesn't always work smoothly. The street the hotel is on is quite noisy from early in the morning.
The hotel looks nice and new, the room was big and very clean, with a comfortable bed. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Great coffee and omelette for breakfast. Supermarket across the hotel. Great location, within a 10-minute walk to the main square, even on heels :)
The most important TV Chanel -Top Chanel seen by every Albanian was not present. Breakfast begin after 7.30 O'clock but we had to go earlier to the Airport and did not eat...The quarter was not so goods.
Room very large, rear may see. Veranda also.
The fridge locked from 3 PM, har to get a coffe with milk after that ;-)
Service oriented staff, large rooms
Weird ticking sound that sounded like a clock but there was not a clock Coffee
Staff was great, room was spacious with lots balcony, comfy bed, fantastic wifi
location, value for money, breakfast
Very comfortable and close to the centre. Staff really friendly and helpful
nothing negative against the hotel but there is a smog smell which really englufs the room if you have the window open- so many cars around here so not surprised!!
located approx 10-15 from main boulevard, lots of shops, cafes etc on the approach. whilst there was a language barrier the receptionists really helped us during our stay. wifi worked well, breakfast was filling, and i assume Kosovan/Balkan traditional (cucumber, tomatoes, slice of feta cheese, omellete, olives) room was clean and spacious. handy supermarket literally across the road too. taxi from bus station to hotel 5 euro, but from hotel back to station 2.55 euro- bargain!!!
Clean, warm, dry room. Nice bed. Staff was friendly and everything worked well.
Good value for money Excellent location right in the heart of Pristina and easy to get around by foot or taxi Clean and very comfortable room
They recommended an excellent restaurant
Wonderful hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, big and comfortable room, good breakfast. Good shower and clean bathroom. Location is a very close to the bazaar and an easy 10 minute walk from the city center. Cannot find any fault. Helped me by calling good taxi company that charge by meter
Kosovo uses the Euro, and in regards to Albania and Macedonia in the area, things are expensive - which also includes the price of the hotel. This was the most expensive hotel on our trip, and the Pristina tourist experience didn't match the price we paid, especially when compared to surrounding Balkan countries.
The hotel and the hotel staff are great. They enjoy working with you and are very pleasant. Pristina is a good town, but the night we were there the stench of smog seeped through the window. Couldn't escape it. Oh well.
- If any problem appears in the room, like a broken radiator which makes it impossible to sleep - you better help yourself. - We had a very small room with the window against the next wall (5m) and one window didn't work right, everyone could easily open it from the outside. - If you are a coffee-addict - here it's only very bad instant coffee
- Nice servicestuff, especially the kind women who care for breakfast and roomservice. - Very clean - We had a comfortable quite new bathroom (also the door was broken up and fairly repaired)
Clean polite easy
It was quite chilly in the room and the air-condition did not work to warm it up. Bed sheets and towels are scruffy.
It looks quite new.
Nice location. Very clean.
Small place for parking. Very busy area.
Very nice small hotel. Very good internet that is difficoult to find in this region.
The hotel was overbooked when I came (something what never happened to me before) and I had to sleep one night in a hotel 200 meter from Prima. Although the accomodotion was far worse than in Prima I had to pay the same price.
- The staff were very helpful. - The room was great and big.
Heating was not working. They provided me a remote control of an air conditioner, which failed to even heat itself against it's car-engine-like sound and vibration. Next day, a portable radiator was provided that heats an hour later it turned on. But, at least, the night was warm. I asked for slippers, next day they gave me a used one. There was hairs on the bed, surely not mine. Minibar was empty, you should take your drinks with you. There is a stree light which can't be blocked by curtains due to the angle of the wall, and if you turn the other side, this time the mirror is placed so precisely to reflect the light into the eyes. I wonder how come they planned the angles. Purely, high level of math. And, at the notebook, i saw that my name was assigned to room 108, but they already gave to someone else, named Igor. Cheap one, again least features for that price.
The ladies that serve breakfast are the only good thing about the hotel.
The staff at this small hotel in the center of Prishtina is fantastic. Great service, good breakfast and central location.
The hotel's great but the people in the shop opposite aren't very friendly. I thought it was just me, but they are rude to everyone, local or otherwise. Shop somewhere else.
This is the second time I have stayed here and the staff are friendly, the location is good and the stay comfortable. Not much English is spoken, but that suits me, as I am learning Albanian.
