bathroom wasn't clean, there was a shaver and other things from the past guests, in the room was also a tshirt from past guest, everywhere were electric cabels and a unsafe socket staff was strange no change when i were paying the room
Staff were really amazing, lovely and friendly, helpful with everything, and happy to chat over a beer. Location was great in town, good private room with bathroom. Great feel, very social.
Air con didn't work but it wasn't hot anyway. Breakfast was make your own and basic, but remember it's a hostel not hotel re: facilities etc!
Staff were great Free coffee Terrace on top of the building Free coffee and beer Breakfast provided
Dorms are quite small a four bed dorm with three people was cramped WiFi through the building was in and out
The staff is amazing. The are so chilled and easy-going, you feel like at home immediately. They also treated us with free beer! :) We booked a 4 bed dorm with shared bathroom, but we got a 3 bed room en-suite. The roof top terrace is prefect to relax in the evening. 10/10
cannot think of anything... :)
the hospitality. the location of the hostel (10 minutes to bus station and 5 minutes to middle of Prizren) the rooms were cleaned everyday
the bathroom could be better maintained.
good location, value for money
the staff is very helpful and great.Galdim(the owner) took us to a free city your.location is very good and safe.we fell ourselves at our home.
Hostel has nice location and fine view over the old city from terrace above. Relaxing place and you are almost in the middle of old city. Room was ok for 3 people, clean bathroom, wifi not working great at 3rd floor, but that is not why you go choose this hotel. the locatoin and price beats it :)
amazing room with view, staff are friendly and helpful, close to city centre.
Very noisy (traffic, other guests)
Good location, clean and comfortable
A great hostel to stay at with a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone is really nice. Definitely recommend.
I was welcome by the owner, who was very nice and helpful. Since the place was not too crowded, I got a free upgrade. The hostel is located midway between the bus station and the old town.
The place is quite rundown. Both the sink and the A/C were leaking profusely in the room. Many electrical outlets in room didn't work art all. Shower floor of my private room had been cleaned, but black mold was growing on the wall tiles. Breakfast is rather poor (white bread, small piece of cheese, jam). Aside from the owner, the rest of the staff seemed to be making an effort to be nice; it didn't seem entirely genuine. It it the only budget accommodation town, but the price is high for what you get.
Location not too far from old prizren.
Only one of the staff members bothered to be kind and helpful to the guests. The other ones seemed like there hated their jobs and the customers.
The whole place was really dirty. We found rotten fruit in the fridge in our room (and the fridge wasn't even working), empty bottles under the bed etc. Water was leaking all over the bathroom floor. The roof top terrasse was really dirty as well. And they only bothered to serve breakfast on the first day of our stay. On the second day about 9 people were waiting for the breakfast to be served but no staff bothered to show up and serve it.
Close to the center, very friendly staff, clean room and rooftop with fantastic view.
The bathroom wasn't clean
The location is perfect to explore the town and to come back easily. The stuff was friendly and helped to find the places to see.
Good location & friendly staff.
Definitely way too expensive for those poor conditions.
Wonderful, friendly and accommodating (especially with young children) staff, nonstop coffee, proximity to main sites, and strong wifi signal.
Reception was unmanned in the early morning which makes early check outs difficult. Breakfast starts late for young kids (8am).
Very friendly staff, helped us out with maps and border crossing tips.
Pleasant backpackers hostel near the old part of Prizren. Helpful staff. Breakfast consists of bread, cheese and sliced sausgage plus hot drink.
Owner is a wonderful guy who loves meeting and talking with people, and he's genuinely happy not just to give detailed information about what to see, where and what to eat etc., but also sit up late pouring free rakia and answering your questions about his country. The location is perfect, not just central but a couple of small food markets across the street. Gorgeous terrace for eating al fresco. Warm spinach byrek for breakfast. Owner just can't do enough for his guests - lovely, lovely guy.
Not 'didn't like', but just so you don't expect luxury. It's a hostel. I booked a bed in a dorm but was given (at no extra charge) a twin room to myself, as there were very few guests. It was clean and comfortable, without frills. I didn't want frills, I wanted contact with a local person, and good advice, and a central location and got all of them..
Very laid back friendly atmosphere, great location close to all the main sights in Prizren! definately good value for money!
No wi-fi in 3rd floor room There was no toilet paper in our bathroom, holes in the walls, no light in the bathroom. Awful experience.
The location is really good, and the staff really friendly
The place is not clean and officially there is breakfast, but I've never seen it
