View to the ocean. Self catering unit well equipped.

It's a bit noisy at night with the cars passing by.

The B&B on the whole was worth staying at. Rita and Pieter were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty. The room had everything that I needed and the bed was comfortable. I liked the air conditioning. The view was stunning.

Due to the home being so close to the road it was quite noisy. Cars came and went at all hours so it was difficult to sleep with the patio door open.

Great views, a friendly welcome and a fantastic destination for a holiday. Within easy travelling distance to visit Cape Town Hermanus and the wine lands and Cape Point. We loved our drive over Chapmans Peak it was spectacular.

    Stunning views. Very nice people.

Right on a very noisy road. Closed windows meant one could not use the lovely deck without the noise.

The owners was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice relaxing place. The breakfast was real home made so you feel like you at home. Me and my wife really enjoyed the stay and want to book our one year anniversary there for the memories.

    The view of the ocean.

Busy road, making rooms very noisy.

The breakfasts were excellent and the dining area very inviting. Spotless everywhere including the rooms. The cleaning lady so sweet always with a smile on her face. The owner going that extra mile for me when I was not feeling well was very touching. All in all a great stay at 18 on Kloof.

A little plunge would have been great.

Had the view of False Bay we had expected and the large breakfast room afforded a clear panorama of the whole bay. As did many of the rooms balconies, including our one. Comfortable and clean with a nice personal touch from the owner who served up an excellent breakfast and offered helpful tips on the area.

Our only word of warning would have to be the slight misnomer of the hotel address. (We were told it couldn't be changed), but rather than being on the back street (Kloof Road) as expected, its main entrance fronts the R44 main coast road. So the sound of cars whooshing along this road may not be everyones early morning cup of tea.
