Everything was well. Service was awesome and rooms are extra clean furnished with modern furniture. Loved the free wi-fi. Staff was friendly and approachable. Breakfast was amazing. Will definately be going back.

The Koi pond is fabulus and well worth a look rooms are to high standard and every thing in its place clean and works well.Close to main highway and town.

The shower was integrated in the bedroom. Maybe very modern.

The excellent customer and attention to detail. The hotel staff were very sensitive to the specific needs of individual guests. My elderly mother was moved to a room which was more appropriate for her comfort. The duty manager went out of her way to ensure that she was very comfortable. My niece described it as the best experience of her life. I cannot thank you enough for the TLC that was provided during their short stay. 36 on Bonza will forever be our No 1 choice for our future visits to East London! I have recommended it to all my friends.

A very beautiful boutique hotel with incredibly friendly staff. A real gem.

The cleanliness and the service was excellent. The breakfast was also very good.

Our stay at 36 On Bonza Bay Road was very pleasant. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to give us advice on where to eat and directions. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The room was spacious and very comfortable.The insulation between the rooms is terrible. Every time someone showered you could hear he water running, I heard the person next door to me blow their nose numerous times during the course of the morning. The television in the room next door sounded like it was on in my bedroom. When the staff came in in the morning one was woken by the smell of the breakfast being prepared and one could hear what was going on downstairs.

The staff were really amazing and went the extra mile. Comfortable for business or leisure.

On par with standard of room compared to large Hotel groups. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Spacious and well equipped rooms. Although close to the main road very quiet as the room was on the garden side. Very nice fish pond with big kois.

Zimmer hatte eine eigene Veranda.

Guesthouse liegt weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, Zimmerausstattung ist äußerst dürftig (z.B. 1 Stuhl für 2 Personen, kein Kofferständer u.s.w.), Fernseher hängt an Wand, keine Badezimmerutensilien.

Staff were extremely helpful, the room was functional and comfortable for our needs.

The bathroom was not separate to the sleeping area but was all incorporated in the same room which I was not overly keen on.

Location, staff, hotel - all excellent.
