Fantastic scenery. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms spacious, very clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night with no noisy traffic passing by.Will visit again. Liked all of it.

Beautiful furnished. Peaceful and Quiet, fantastic to relax. Very friendly Hosts Anita and Derek. Exellent breakfast. The dinner recommendation in @365 restaurant. That we stayed only one night, there is so much to see in 30 minutes drive. This Guesthouse could be used as base to explore.

Very comfy, very modern, well-designed guest house. The view and the lovely tranquil setting in a pretty valley just 200m from the R44, yet you barely hear what little traffic there is. There is no aircon, which I have no problem with, but since the ceilings are quite low the rooms could get very warm on hot days, so they should have ceiling fans as one cannot really leave the sliding door open for air since the patio is not private and is used to access other rooms. Wifi only available in public areas.

The owners were wonderful and very accommodating - offering to book tours,day trips, and dinner reservations. The rooms had a very upmarket feel, beautifully designed and beds were wonderful with fluffy duvets. All rooms looked out onto the open countryside and had mountain views - reminded me of a ranch setting in the wild west. It is right along the whale route between Betty's Bay and Pringle Bay. The cozy feel was nice since there are only eight rooms in all, that surround the pool. The morning breakfast was also very well done. We enjoyed our stay greatly, wish it could have been for longer. The front door for reception is not well defined when you arrive. You drive up to the rooms that are on one side and need to park and walk around to the center on a path to reach reception. Should be explain this when booking or improve the signage on premises.

It was a lovely Guest House. Directions on the web is wrong. Please correct. 3 Flavours sit on Clarence Drive that is the road from Rooiels to Bettys Bay - being R44.

It was an awesome experience. My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon there and Anita our host arranged so many romantic gestures for us. Waiting for us in our room were rose petals, champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries amongst the luxury of the room. They didn't serve supper

It was a very nice guest house with everything that we needed to have a wonderful weekend. Very friendly host and really tried to make our stay special. nothing, at first thought no tv in room was not good but in the end we had so much fun bonding time with our kids playing board games!

ALLES !!! Ein fantastisches Haus mit den am schönsten eingerichteten Zimmern unserer ganzen Reise. Wir haben uns auch einige andere Zimmer angesehen - ebenfalls fantastisch ! Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Es liegt zwischen Pringle Bay + Bettys Bay direkt in der Natur. Sehr schöner Pool, toller Ausblick aus den Zimmern. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nette holländische Gastgeber. Die Umgebung Pringle Bay / Betty's Bay ist mit seinen Dünen und Bergen einfach traumhaft. Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat !!

Heerlijk guesthouse met vriendelijke eigenaren. Locatie midden in een groene zee van fijnbos vlak bij Pringle Bay. Comfortabele kamer en uitstekend ontbijt. Aanrader!

het was helemaal perfect, de sfeer, de omgeving, de hulp van derrick (autodeukje!) en de aandacht van anita. De ligging is adembenemend en we komen zeker terug naar dit heerlijke oord. Succes met alles!
