A Smart Stay Apartments  

The apartment was secure with gated driving space, which in South Africa is almost essential. It had two good bedrooms with shared bathroom, and a kitchen/living area. There was also shared access to a small swimming pool. The apartment is ideally placed for anyone wanting to explore the vineyards around Stellenbosch and soak up some of the most amazing mountainous scenery you'll ever come across.

The apartment had a couple of diy jobs outstanding. The kitchen cupboards were snagging and needed adjusting and some skirts were missing which did nothing for the eye.

We like the setting and it was well equipted

Couch was not comfortable. No indication of rules, if there are, like swimming in the night.

Location, neat and feeling of a home inviroment

Closeness to city, airport, shopping, coast and mountains. Good center for driving tour and wine tour.

Two mice in kitchen. 50% of Electrical lightbulbs not working. Hot water tap in kitchen is partialty blocked for water flow.

The kitchen crockery , cutlerty, glasses etc where old and not in good condition. Our kitchen sink plug did not work (leaked) couldnt wash the dishes. When I tried to report it no one was around so only reported the next morning. Plug was there when we got home in the evening but it meant we could eat the next dinner, breakfast or lunch in the apartment as no clean dishes. The main reason we stayed there was the self catering so we did not have to go out for all our meals which we mostly ended up doing in the end as I was not happy about the facilities in the kitchen, plug didnt work and the dishcloths did not smell good.

Great facilities, modern and centrally located

Excellent apartment - very good value for money, security excellent (fences and gate) and private with parking on the premises. Lots of hangers and space for clothing, mirrors and towls and well equiped kitchen. Easy to plug in hairdryers etc. Very clean and comfortable.

I did not realise I had to phone the owner on arrival but she left me a note where to leave the key on my departure

Dans le prolongement d'une habitation, quelques logements très bien agencés, spacieux et ayant tout confort Très sécurisés, A recommander !!

economico, posizione comoda per evitare stellenbosch o altre località + costose sulla costa. Gli appartamenti, che ci sono sembrati spaziosi, sono distribuiti su due strutture diverse, divise dalla strada tranquilla, entrambe con piccola piscina e sufficiente privacy. Noi eravamo due nuclei e siamo stati divisi. Per le chiavi bisogna telefonare al numero indicato sul cancello e verranno a consegnarvele. Al check-out abbiamo lasciato le chiavi in una cassettina esterna, senza contatto con nessuno.

Gli arredi interni erano un po' datati; il ns appartamento aveva accesso dall'esterno tramite un cancello elettrico di uso esclusivo, ma il ns veicolo ci passava a malapena perciò abbiamo parcheggiato nell'altra struttura, occupata dall'altro nucleo. Qualche ristorante a circa 1,5 km, vicino al centro. Anonimo in inverno, visto che le piscine non facevano la differenza. Per soggiorni brevi.

The apartment was easy to find and close to the highway, shops, the mountains and the sea. It was well equipped and comfortable.

The one couch was in very bad shape and we were not able to use it.

Ants in bedroom wardrobe and one smelly kitchen cupboard.

The apartment is well set out and tidy! Friendly staff welcomed us and gave the room earlier than expected.

The bathroom shower was not very clean. The bed was uncomfortable. The weather did not necessarily permit us to be outdoors and therefore nights-in were spent on an uncomfortable 2 seater couch.

the area is cool and tghe environment is likeable

for the first and the second time I visisted the place I am not happy with their bedding is A bit old it needs to be changed, and the beds also they are making A lot of noise which is A sign of them being old also.

Situated between 2 very busy roads, but Location- good to visit central Cape Town & wine routes

The apartments were not the standard that it promised to be from the internet. The beds and lounge couches were of really BAD quality. The pillows were flat and old.
