Good location in middle of town. Staff Arranged cab to pick us up from airport.
That wifi was not included.
really nice apartement in the hotel, very spacious and good facilitys. perfect starting point for any activiy in and around capetown. breakfast good as well.
room keys did not work on some occations. after changing of the door lock everything worked well.
The extremely helpfull staff and the suite on the eleventh floor. Pay that extra few rands and book the suite! The pool is a bit small, but fine for cooling off, and with nice views over the city.
Sweet staff, large, clean room, central location, decent breakfast
Hotel located on busy, somewhat shabby main street, but has no car access from the front- visitors with cars have to go to a garage at the back of the hotel and enter from a rear door.Electrical plug points in rooms are non-standard, do not accept European plugs for phone and camera.
The big room
Breakfast service poor, disorganized and tables not well cleaned
Big spacious rooms with living room.
No resturant for either night with notice only on arrival each night. Airconditioner dripping badly and not repaired on day two. Fan asked for, delivered but not working, and staff just took it away and never came back or called. No coffee in room either day. Reception just not interested.
Hotel is located in the center in cape town close to many attractions. I was in lux studio in 5 floor it was big and very confortable ( i was alone with child 9 months)
Hotel located in the center but very dangerouse in the evenings after 5-6pm and weekends. train station is very close. I went out sanday 3 pm and i was running back to the hotel. During a day no problem walking in the center.
I liked this hotel and it was where I wanted to stay, but unfortunately they gave our rooms away. They sent us to stay at the beach 20 minutes out of Cape Town. In a room that had a blurry TV. After much stress and fuss they finally found us rooms at the Adderley.
They gave our rooms away and sent us to a hotel 20 minutes outside of Cape Town near a beach, which was nice if you wanted a beach. I wanted and booked for the city. After making a huge fuss after one night at the beach, they found us rooms and apologised. If I hadn't made a huge fuss we would have spent our 3 days in a place where there was nothing except a beach. They didn't understand why I was upset.
Fab room very clean and comfortable, will recommend to family and friends
The rooms are really spacious and I found it refreshing. Shops and night life was within walking distance which was a real money saver in terms of petrol.
The food could have been so much better. The facilities could also use some work, pool area was pitch dark when I wanted to use it.
Comfortable and quite.
On Saturday morning the waiter at the restaurant was new. This negatively affected our breakfast.
Very good location . It is situated at rimini beach .all other things are also good .reception staff behaviour is very cooperative .
Not any thing
Our visit was too short to identify any dislikes.
It was so peaceful at night, no noice at all.
We were upgraded to a 2 room suite that was really lovely. Breakfast was good, with friendly attentive staff.
Helpful staff Good room
Amongst the best self-catering units I have stayed in
I wanted a view of at least the mountain or the ocean I got none
I stayed in the small studio which was actually very large and had a lovely little kitchen. The staff was suppose friendly and accommodating. The area is quite safe but should be careful at night especially after like 10pm when you need to cab your trips.
The privacy of the room....amazing self catering facilities.
The only thing I didn't like was the arrangement with the bed....we got a room with twin beds and an extra large bed was requested with the booking. The staff was instructed to change and all they did was change the fitted sheet. This totally uproared my evening and just had to be satisfied with the arrangement. We made the best of a bad situation.....I would like to come back under better circumstances.
Suite was very good with all accessories and amenities one could expect. Good location for shopping and night life, with Long Street and Greenmarket Square in easy walking distance.
There was no free wifi and worked out expensive. Most other hotels of this standard in Cape Town CBD offer free wifi.
Staff and the studio room.
Spacious room; cleanliness and centrally situated.
On the date of our arrival, we were supposed to check-in at 14hrs and had to wait more than one hour for the room to be ready. We were told that there was an electricity problem. There was only one glass in the room and we asked for another one which we did not receive; after three requests, we finally received it on the second day.
I especially liked the centrality of the hotel. It was in walking distance of most things I wanted to experience. The staff, too, were at all times most helpful and extremely cordial to boot. Thanks!
The smell of food at the reception coming from the restaurant
