Cancellation
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 200.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
Up to two children under 12 years are charged ZAR 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
The bar is open from 15:00 every day and snacks are available upon request.

Hotel location was convenient to Johannesburg airport and had courtesy shuttle pick-up in both directions. Staff helpful and courteous. |

The location to the airport was excellent and the meeting and pickup at the airport by the staff was very good. The crockery in the dining room was chipped and there was only enough tea and milk in the bedroom for one cup each. |

Nothing, my experience in this hotel was really bad 1.- The room rate was 700r, they charged me 170us$ and they did not give me a receipt, just they wrote my name in a book.2.- The charge me transportation from and to the hotel and mostly the Hotels in sa is a free service. 3.- The breakfast given is the poorest breakfast I had in my life, only a plain sandwich. Better not to offer that |

The hotel was good value compared with the awful roadlodge in capetown airport where I stayed earler this year. There was free aiport pick up and drop off. Very good breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The internet charges were a bit steep at a rand a minute and even though there is wifi in the rooms you have to go to reception to buy airtime tickets for wifi...on a cold night you don't want to walk from your room to the reception pn the otherside of the garden. |

NIce atmosphere and kind, helpful staff. Quiet location in a nice area and close to the airport. Free shuttle was good! To live behind bars, which is the only option in Joburg. |

Very smooth pick up from the airport, even when my flight was delayed a few hours. Safe place to stay (for a female solo traveller) when arriving or leaving Johannesburg, otherwise the location is not so good. Nice swimmingpool. |

The location and facilities were both great as were the friendly staff. An excellent hotel to base yourself for trips out and about in the Jo'Burg area or for overnight transit for or Tambo. Highly highly recommended. |

The hotel was great! The staff was fantastic, the interiors and exteriors were cool, the bed was comfy, the pool was lovely. Also felt completely safe, and it was close to the airport! The food at the hotels restaurant was a bit over-priced, and not very tasty... But drop the food and aim directly for the bar and ask the bartender to mix one of his coctails from his up-coming book :) |

I liked the rooms, the layout - very colorful and artsy, great complimentary breakast and restaurant. Friendly, nice bartender bartender - Quincey. I also appreciated access to internet and free pick up from the airport I would recommend that the hotel check with the airport for late arrivals as twice my plane was late and there was no one there to pick me up. (things did get worked out evenetually) |

The staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease and comfortable. The prices is far better than any place I have ever been as well as the service I got from the reception and the barman right through to housekeeping and also Tsepho that dropped me off at the Airport again at no extra charge!!! Africa Centre is indeed the best place to be when you are in Johannesburg !!!!!!! |

Aangename, nette kamer met prima ontbijt. Gratis ophalen aan de luchthaven en elk uur een gratis shuttle terug naar de luchthaven; is wel prettig na een lange vlucht. Slechts 15 minuutjes rijden van O.R. Tambo. |

1. Redelijk hotel, echter toch wel aan de dure kant gelet op bescheiden accomodatie. 2. Uitstekende shuttle-service van airport naar hotel. Chauffeur stond met naambord op ons te wachten. Kinderachtig dat voor de retour-shuttle rit naar het vliegveld apart moest worden betaald. Moet gewoon gratis worden aangeboden. |
