Nice setting outside of Johannesburg Whole lodge in need of refurbishment. Limited breakfast choice. 4 Star rating out of date. You need a car for going somewhere from the lodge.

The hotel gave me the impression that it has been over his prime days. Everything was a bit outdated and not all the available equipment worked fine which I would have expected from a 4 start rated hotel.

African Lodge is een verborgen oase in het drukke Johannesburg. De gastvrijheid, de zorg voor de gasten en de mooi ingerichte kamers in Afrikaanse stijl geven je het gevoel welkom te zijn, en een gevoel van comfort. Er is oog voor detail en wat je nodig hebt wordt voor je geregeld, ook al is dat 's avonds laat. Ik kom hier zeker terug, en dan iets langer! Op het moment dat ik er was werd het zwembad net grondig schoongemaakt, helaas was ik er te kort om van een duik te kunnen genieten, iets wat erg lekker had geweest omdat het erg warm was. Verder was alles prima in orde.

Ausgezeichnete Anlage in der Nähe von Johannesburg. Die Inhaber sind ein sehr nettes und aufgeschlossenes Holländisches Ehepaar. Das wichtigste an der Anlage sind vor allem der Pool, die luxuriös ausgestattenen Zimmer und die süßen Hunde und der Papagei. Sehr empfehlenswert!

De locatie is prachtig, mooie kamers met een overdekt zitje, grote tuin, heerlijk zwembad met ligstoelen, goede service, en zeer vriendelijke gastvrije eigenaren. Prijs kwaliteits verhouding goed ! We hebben verschillende tours gedaan met de eigenaar, hij weet veel over Zuid Afrika, en kan interresant vertellen !

Ambiente de campo estando praticamente na cidade. Bom para quem gosta de um ambiente familiar. O Tranfer para o Aeroporto para quem está uma semana se não fosse pago seria decente

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit großem Garten und Pool, gutem Service und bestens ausgestatteten Zimmern. Man benötigt für alles einen Leihwagen oder ein Taxi.
