Cleaning lady entered the room twice without knocking first! Really annoying... There's a restaurant / club very close. Can be a little noisy.

The rooms are absolutely luxurious, in an urban design sort of way. Location is grand for an upscale, trendy, urban adventure. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants, and within easy walking distance of many others. Shopping is easy to get to (within a 2 minute walk) and plentiful. Service at the hotel restaurant can be quite slow, it took 20 minutes to get a second pot of tea at breakfast. Selection at breakfast is very good, however. Internet is relatively slow, but that's been my experience everywhere in Africa, I had just expected different given the upscale, trendy nature nature of the hotel.

the design and location are great, the setting amazing - very international, service was good - rooms outstanding. great car valet service that made thigs easy, breakfast was very good, room service was good, beds very comfortable.

La ubicación La ducha se filtaba por estar mal sellada la puerta y al agua llego hasta la mitad del baño, pedí que alguien del hotel fuera a limpiar y nadie fue. Solicite desayuno en la habitación para 2 personas y solo mandron para 1, por el precio que cobran deberian tner un mejor servicio.
