Bed reasonably comfortable. Check in/out was poor, service was poor. We checked in at about 19h30 but could not get a hot meal. A Dutch couple who were staying there complained that their meal was cold. |

The staff were friendly and the rooms were a good size. It's a lodge not a hotel! the room I had came off the main thoroughfare to the bar and, unfortunately, there was a function the night I stayed and the noise was so loud it was impossible to sleep! I asked to move to another room, however none were available and I doubt that another room would have been better as it was so loud and the rooms were clearly not sound proof. Also, I had tried to arrange their airport shuttle to pick me up on arrival however this proved impossible and I had to call them when I arrived- but they were prompt in arriving after that. Please note though that the free shuttle is free pick up only- you do have to pay to go back to the airport! It was a reasonable price however. |

Airport collection was a great bonus, nice big TV and big bath, comfortable bed and room. Good service and tasty breakfast. Many thanks. |

Airport shuttle, friendly staff and met interesting people (guests) there.Food and service was good and the staff helpful. In need of repairs in the bathroom. |

Os ambientes internos, piscina, cachoeira, sala de refeições, são bonitos e de bom gosto. Precisa deixar claro no site que o serviço de "shuttle" aeroporto/hotel é gratis e o retorno hotel/aeroprto é pago. |

El diseño del hotel y de sus habitaciones. El responsable tiene un buen trato con el cliente. Su punto flojo es la temperatura en invierno. No tiene buena calefacción. |
