Complimentary airport shuttle makes this a perfect stop over which is only 7km's from the airport and away from the city, set in tranquil surroundings. The transfers were punctual, the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Price is very reasonable. Stay could be improved with an inhouse meal service/restaurant for the evening and a faster internet connection.

Staff were very attentive, regularly checking that we had everything we needed. The food stuation is not the best! For dinner the choice of lots of different take away menus is great, but you have to order 2 hours before your hungry because it will take 2 hours to arrive, and not just at busy times either! It is also a shame that breakfast doesn't start earlier on a weekend. As it was included in the price of our room it would have been nice to have eaten it. Unfortunately we missed out by about 15 minutes because we had to catch a flight.

Friendly staff. Good service. Courtesy Airport Transport. Location. Breakfast choices could be better but still value for money. Friendly staff more than make up for this. I recommend the Airport game Lodge to my clients.

The fact that what you're lead to believe as shown on the website, is quite different to what we experienced. Firstly the shuttle service from the airport was unorganised. Then the book-in system made one feel like you're all just cattle. The rooms were uncomfortable, cold, with only one hotwater bottle to be shared by two people, no heater and the so-called airconditioner was not working. The mattress is an uncomfortable sponge mattress and the sheets were about 10 years overdue for replacement. The shower is inside your bedroom, so if you were two people sharing, this would be uncomfortable, with a basin in the seperate toilet. The "cupboard" just had beads hanging in front of it as an enclosure! The staff/owner was unfriendly and did not even greet when we said good morning. I was horified to say the least. We had just returned from a holiday in Italy and needed somewhere convenient to stay over for our connecting flights the next day. I had made all my accommodation bookings for Italy using booking.com and they were all spot-on. We certainly need some kind of grading system or someone from booking.com to evaluate the establishments that the pictures shown on the website and the write-up is exactly what you could expect. Ignore the 3 star rating given, its a hoax, don't believe it, it does not deserve more than 1 star!

My stay was limited to just 10 hrs (arriving aty 11pm and leaving at 9 am) so hardly representative. I just found what I needed. A bed, a shower, a breakfast. Even though I am rather tall, the sink in the hotel was really at about 70 cm and the water tab was hadly attached to the sink.

We needed an overnight accommodation in Johannesburg before flying out of or Tambo International Airport the next morning. We drove back from Kruger National Park, returned the car in the Aiprort, called the Lodge and they prompty sent someone to pick us up. This pick-up and drop-off service is complimentary. This is good because we did not want to drive in Johanannesburg. The room is nice, nothing fancy and clean. The only thing I find that might be an issue for two people sharing a double is the shower has no privacy. You step out of the shower into the room, there's no enclosure. However, they have excellent rate for single occupency. Buffet breakfast included was good. In the morning we saw spingboks, ostriches in the ground. The setting is refreshlingly relaxing.

The hotel staff let me keep my room free of charge until my flight at 10pm. They also had a complimentary airport shuttle It would be nice if there was a restuarant close by or if they had a menu for dinner

Chambre spacieuse,bonne literie,bonne exposition,cadre campagnard avec la présence de nombreux animaux,petit déjeuner varié et copieux,navette gratuite aéroport. Chauffage inadapté à la taille de la pièce et à la température nocturne ,pas de flexible de douche.
