Good service when African standard is applied. The breakfast was plentiful, but there was no qualitative food offered.

The value for money has been abysmal. There are always trade prices in all cities, but only to double the price without any additional benefits of undertaking is not enough.

I was only there for one night out of the three that I booked as it was so awful.

I like the fact that the hotel is centrally located for my business and right on the taxi route. It is also good value for someone on a tight budget.

The rooms for single occupation are uncomfortably small, eps the bathroom. I would like the option to bath or shower. (My room only had a small shower).

I loved the value for money accommodation i received. It was really worthwhile. The rooms are clean and welcoming.

Their breakfast buffet was horrible. the food wasnt fresh and it looked recycled. not serving fresh food at their hotel is a disgrace coz my colleagues were impressed with their hotel except for the food. I went once to breakfast and did not eat the food had juice only. i never ate their food for the remainder of my stay. Will recommend to family and friends for accommodation but not their food.

The only pleasant thing was the tv.

From the time I got there - my booking could not be found. I booked a family room was given a single room. The card machine didn't work. Finally after paying cash got my room card went up to my room, The card didn't work called recepetion and they sent security with a key. I stayed there for like 2hours and then walked out worse service ever,utter waste of money.

The price was good and the rooms are specious

The lady staff more especially at reception have some attitude and there are not good service providers as compared to the gentle man who welcomed me when I checked in. I nearly missed my flight because the lady at the counter didn't clearly explain how their shuttle service work. She just said the shuttle comes every hour and I was expecting it to be there at 1000 as my flight was for 1130 which means I had to be there 60mins before the flight. The shuttle came at 1030 after the guard told me that the shuttle is not going straight to the Airport when it collect me and this means I have to hustle for a taxi which charged me un budgeted amount of r300 to speed to the Airport. Atleast if I was told that the shuttle go around collecting people from other hotels before going to the Air port, I would have planned aheard. I noticed that the girl at the reception took my complaint lightly when I say it will cost me if I miss my flight.

Location excellent. Decent rooms and clean Just allround a good hotel

There were hug cockroaches in my room. Pest control treatments needs to be done on a regular basis. Church service was held on Sunday, guest should be informed of this as this is an inconvenience to those not wanting to listen or hear the sounds coming from the floor above whilest having breakfast. Air fresheners needs to be placed in each bathroom and air freshening sprays should be in each room. The carpet should be vacumed on a daily basis. Air cons should be installed in the passages or the windows should be opened to allow ventilation in the ailes

Rooms were clean , comfortable and reasonably priced.

The dining area is a bit dull and out dated.

the parking system was very poor. the hotel needs to provide some kind of safe parking and step up the sercurity so people can feel safer.

The rooms have been recently renovated and are clean.

The quality of the food at the breakfast buffet was substandard. The reception staff could have been a little more helpful. The parking arrangments are terrible.

The friendly helpfull staff. The delicious breakfast. The close proximity to the beach. The beautifull view of the City Hall from my window. The beautifull architexture of the old buildings surrounding the hotel.

The noisy taxis!

Close to areas in the city I wanted to visit. Its quite and clean.

I made a booking for two people and paid for two. Whilst we were in the room, security person knocked and asked me to fill a visitors register for my partner. I had to go to argue that at reception and eventually, they admit that they made a mistke when they entered info.
