View Size of bedroom
Bathroom very small.
The location. The beds
Sloppy service. Room keys not working properly. Parking. New restaurant. Facilities in room. Food.
The vibe and the food was truely delish!!
Sound of the ocean.
We couldn't secure a sea facing room That was disappointing
Tha location. The sea view and the design.
The laundry service. Very poor
The setting . The arrival was good and the people friendly .The rooms are good .
Restaurant facilities . A class place like your hotel can do with a proper restaurant . On arrival we were told about the fridge bar in the room . This was empty . For me it was not a hassle though.
Location, beautiful view. Great Staff
Small bathroom and shower - no bath
The view was spectacular and room is very nice. The sound of the ocean and great that room window can open.
The view of the bay
Cell phone signal
Amazing sea view great restaurant
Heater was broken. Windows didn't close fully.
The restaurant was a bit noisy and missig a terrace
Location, nice Japanese restaurant overlooking the oceans, cosy room
Breakfast option is scarce, no gym facilities,
Stunning views from the room and KOI restaurant. Great breakfast
Location is excellent, fantastic views of the ocean! Friendly staff. Bed very comfortable!
Rooms on the small side, otherwise all great !
The views are stunning
There is no room service There was no alternative for hotel guests at Koi when an event was being held there! The service is mediocre and the staff seem to be partially willing to help.
It was absolutely amazing had a stunning view accompanied by very friendly staff. Will definitely come back for a getaway.
Most amenities close by.
Room service was only till 22:00.
In particular, the seaview from the room.
On Sunday night 27 April we were woken up around 9.30 pm by the loud sounds of a drill and hammering of a door. On closer inspection I found that the staff tried to open the door of the room next door as the battery pack gave in. The noice carried on for more than an hour with no notice or apology from staff. We found it irritating and unacceptable
The staff. The room. The location.
Friendly, relaxing and well looked after by all staff
Location, friendly service, of course the view from the room. The breakfast is excellent.
Poor selection of beverages in the rooms. The instant coffee is abominable! Apparently one has to request to have the bar fridge stocked, which is a bit of a schlepp, but judging by the price list, when it is stocked, it's extensive and reasonably priced. It's a bit of a hassle that after 10.30 p.m.nothing, either to eat or to drink, is to be had. The (relatively) new restaurant, Koi, seems more trendy and informal than the old Salt (I didn't eat there, so can't judge the quality of the food), but the lack of soft furnishings makes for very harsh acoustics; at breakfast, especially with a lot of kids around, it's really not very relaxing. Perhaps it's time to bring back the table cloths!
