The hotel is stunning it is centrally located which is perfect for the bus tours that are offered, in addition the waterfront which is easily accessed by the shuttle provided by the hotel. The breakfast was incredible as was all the food at the hotel. The waitstaff were very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you. No complaints everything was terrific. |

Executive room well appointed and layout made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast in the execuitve lounge was exceptional. An outdoor swimming pool would very much add to the hotels appeal. |

I liked the location and the shuttle bus which meant no need for short taxi rides. Proximity to the Waterfront meant a range of dining options and good shops. The room (1409) was quiet and very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was possibly the best we've ever had in terms of choice and quality. |

Staff friendliness, stellar service (1) for certain days of stay the rate was far too high. (2) exhorbitant telephone charges for incomplete calls should be eliminated, it they are an inneccesary irritation which can leave a bad taste in someone's mouth, the whole notion seems too petty for a 5 star hotel of this calibre |

A well located (in town) Hotel with a useful shuttle to the waterfront. Very good breakfast and lovely spa area. The beds are so comfortable and with the exception of housekeeping we would recommend Poor Housekeeping - no bathrobe, no towels on the second day, no turndown service when requested. Late check-in as our room wasnt ready, tried to charge us extra to up-sell to a room that was ready! |

It was a convenient and comfortable hotel from which we could vist the sites very easily. The booking system was poor. The hotel claimed they did not receive our booking from booking.com and this caused delays on check in and departure. I still don't know if I have been charged twice for my stay |

Good location. Very neat and modern. Staff friendly. We had to pay for our parking ticket every day. At these rates I think it is rediculous |

Nice views, excellent loaction, perfect for our conference, reasonable rates for 5 star, excellent breakfast and great gym/spa/pool/sauna at top of hotel with memorable city views while working out in the gym & relaxing in the sauna! Can be very busy at breakfast and a little noisy from adjoining rooms. |

Great location and wonderful views. Facilities were good and breakfasts of a high quality. Overall would stay here again if attending a conference. The rooms seemed to be cleaned only once during the day. There was no turn down service in the evening which meant that if you had coffee or tea during the day, there was none left for the following morning. |
