friendly staff,,very classy hotel,,amaizing desing and so modern,,facilities are perfect (gym,spa) there was a shuttle from the hotel to the waterfront which saves me alot of money which i think is really a nice complementary |

This is one of the best hotels I"ve ever stayed in. Everything just works like clockwork and my every additional need was promptly and positively responded to. The staff is very professional and welcoming, the rooms elegant and functional, and the breakfastt worthy of the "grand" attribute in the hotel's name. Not really. |

The bed was supremely comfortable and the bathroom was exquisite. Staff were always helpful and attentive. We had booked a deluxe room but did not get one. Cups were not lifted one night and kitchen area not replenished. Minibar was not accurately re-stocked. |

Well organised and efficient Hotel with special attention being paid to guests and particularly loyal guests. The Hotel venue is superb and benefits from some of the best harbour views in the city. The facilities are world class. |

The spar and gym is very good and has fantastic views of the City as it is on the 19th floor. A restaurant is also on this floor has good food and service and is great at night No all was good it was 100 time better then a previous Westin we had stayed in. |

Comfortable, well-apointed business hotel. Very much a business/conference hotel. Pretty soulless - wouldn't recommend for a romantic weekend! Situated just outside the city centre and up from the waterfront. Probably wouldn't be great at night to walk from - one might feel a little bit vulnerable. |

Convenient location and hotel had great amenities. Housekeeping was very poor, it regularly took them 3-5 hours to do our rooms because they had to "wait for clean linen to be delivered", and when they did do our rooms it usually required me to call reception to ask for supplies because there was always a lot of basic items such as shampoo and soap that were not replaced! |
