The location and accomodating staff. The heavenly bed and shower were heavenly and the breakfast was wonderful. Especially the juice bar.

The general ambiance

Please get up to the standard/class pillows! Wasn't able to have dinner after the Jazz Festival which clearly show that the ONLY hotel interest is to get its rooms booked. Would have expected a privileged access to the conference center during the festival In short more cooperation between the hotel and the festival's organizers!

It is near the convention centre and the water front,it also has shuttles to water front every 30 Min

THey need to improve the service we get from the Waiter and Waitresses its a bit slow

Extremely customer friendly hotel and staff, we had a great time. Loved the view of the city from my bedroom window

Location central to major attractions

Very Child unfriendly - no swimming pool for kids under 12yrs old. No activities/entertatinment arranged for kids for Easter by the hotel management.

The breakfast was excellent, Gym good, swimming pool and jaccuzi good. Room was also nice, we had a very good view of Table Mountain. I generally enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Reception staff could be a bit more friendly.

Bathrooms excellent Breakfast world class

The standard is what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. My wife had a fall outside the hotel. The staff were extremely caring and attentive, over and above the call of duty.

The views from the upper levels are some of the best in Cape Town. The breakfasts are spectacular with every possible palate catered for. The staff are knowledgeable about the area and attractions, efficient and nothing was too much effort. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the waterfront or by free shuttle every 15 minutes. This hotel would be our first choice for future business/leisure visits to Cape Town

Having to leave to go home

First class service and smashing room were on the 14th floor with good views and everything one would expect from a top hotel.

Excellent location, quite a walk along busy roads to the waterfront but there is an excellent shuttle running every half an hour up to 23.15 so we used that all of the time. We enjoyed an upgrade to use the Executive floor which meant breakfast, free drinks and canapes each evening, looking out onto table mountain. Excellent breakfast each morning and very good meal in hotel restaurant. The staff were all super efficient and very friendly. Room and ensuite spacious and very clean. Would choose to stay there again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We both loved the facilities, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Got pampered with free wine and sparkling wine which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. It made our stay even more special for me and my fiance.

The hotel needs an outdoor pool. We paid r500 (which is more than London prices!!!) for a transfer from the airport to the hotel which I think should be free and complimentary.

Classy, upmarket and friendly staff! Will be back again and again!
