I made payment via eft and got charged on credit card and fought for more than a week to get refunded with no sense of urgency to get back to me regarding this not once did i receive any call or feedback from anyone
the feeling of being free; permission for us to do self-catering; quiet;
Everything except that there is no air conditioning and the heater in the room couldn't be connected to any plugs in the room. The break fast can be improved too.
Staff was friendly, maybe it could be seen as nose.....
On arrival they made us take out outer luggage, sit and wait for outer "keys" just to tell us half an houer later we should get back in outer car wit houer luggage and drive to another premise........ There was no heardryer in room the staff borrowed me hers, my college had man imprints on his bed on arrival to his room..... The breakfast the next morning was the worse.... There was no plug for the toaster except on the floor......
there was nothing to like about this place.
the place was dirty and the rooms we booked on booking.com was given to other guests. my kids were put into a room in the main building and we were dumped into an outside self catering unit that smelled.The door to the cottage was broken and could not lock.the gate only locked.it was noisy throughout the night.we had requested adjacent rooms for our kids.the internet /booking.com was really misleading with regards to this place.
The staff friendly and very helpful!! Caring and going the extra mile, especially with the young children. We liked the pool for the kids to swim and play and using the kitchen for our Xmas lunch. Internet great for the older kids..
Nothing..stay was great..
Wi-fi was available and bed was comfortable. Location good.
Service almost non-existent. No-one answered bell at gate. When I phoned the owner I was sent to two other places and finally came back when someone opened. Breakfast poor. Instant coffee with coffee tins and juice bottles just put out. No hairdryer. How on earth can this be a 4- star place???
firstly the I did not get the room I was looking for.2.the room was smelly,the linen was dirty with stains and the toilet window handle was broken.I the morning when attending breakfast the attitude of staff there appalling.We sat there for 5min no one came to attend to us and when they came the attitude from the lady that works there was stinking.
