The Staff were helpful in assisting with our visitors' children. We felt welcome. Lacking initiative on the part of the staff. The Coffee machine in our room was out of order and they did not replace it when reported. They did bring a flask of coffee and on another occasion a cup of coffee, which was on our bill, for which we were not liable. The Reception lady did remove it from our bill.

The comfort of the rooms and how relaxing it felt. The view was lovely. The lack of staff plus staff was not very friendly or helpful. The breakfast was cold at 9:30am in the morning (not like we went down late). Not much variety of the room service menu.

Staff friendly, and waitresses try their best to make things work. Rooms clean and practical. Very bad management. Manager more outside smoking than running the show with the staff having to manage and sort out the many technical issues.Management not professional Breakfast poor

Was a good stay, will go back again!! Found that the cleaning staff should move the furniture in the rooms as it was quite dusty behind the bedside table and along skirting. Also shower tiles had footprints from previous guests. Small but noticable.

The linen was clean. Beds were made up well daily. Ronny downstairs was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed at the hotel previously and loved it. This time the standards had definitely dropped though. The furniture in the rooms was damaged (specifically the bedside tables). The bathroom shower was grubby. The coffee machine in the first room did not work. The baths did not have plugs. The pesto pasta was not tasty. We could hear plumbing noises during the night (in our first room). Had to fetch knives, forks, cups etc from other tables in the dining room. Just not the same experience we had had the first time we visited. A bit dissapointing!

I have had very pleasant stays there and would certainly return. Shhhh! I was feeling peckish in the evening after having had a substantial lunch and ordered a chicken mayo sandwich, which was on the menu.The chef had no idea how to prepare it, it was not edible. I had to pay r28 for I

Well situated to do business. Clean and comfortable. Not to many guests due to it size therefore relaxing. Staff had to perform numerous tasks.
