nice garden. wel equipped room. friendly hosts. The main house is beautiful, lots of character. street noise. When you stay here, take a room in the main house, not at the street side.

The manager was very willing to assist in any of our requests and went out of her way to ensure my wife and i had a plesant stay , the accomodation was fantastic and the gardes a delight to sit in. We would recomend Bains House to persons of our age 60+ as a quality and value for money place to stay in Upington. There was nothing that caused any concern.

A very attractive stylish house with spacious rooms. Large swimmingpool in a nice garden with views of the Oranjerivier. There is also a nice veranda with great views. Free wifi is provided. We were upgraded to the luxury rooms.

It was private, cosy and very comfortable. Everything a person needed was there and the big bath in the room was gorgeous!! It is easy to find and centrally located. It was quiet at night with no outside lights that bothered a person's sleep. The lounge is cosy and the decorations very tastefully done. I will definitely recommend Bains House to anyone who appreciates quality and attention to detail.

Freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieterin, wunderschöner Garten mit grossem Pool. Dunkles Zimmer mit ganz kleinem Fenster. Aus diesem Grund würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.
