The view, the kindness, home away from home.
Beautiful lodge and excellent view of ocean. Breakfast was good. Staff and owner very friendly and massages are great at the spa.
Cleaning staff did not replenish our complimentary coffee for 3 days. Rooms were only tidied late in the day, some days after 1pm. Our dustbin was only emptied on day 3. The bathroom had a drainy smell throughout our stay.
Thanks to Garth and Lolly. We had a great stay. Was awesome beyond. Loved Max the friendly Labrador. May you all be Blessed. Thanks Tullio and Henriette.
very polite and friendly staff, very comfortable and very clean
1. DSTV not all channels are available
No hairdryer in room
Amazing views of the Indian Ocean. All rooms are sea facing! You fall asleep with the lullaby of the waves....
Hot water pressure in some of the rooms could be improved.
The people were friendly and the view was great.
The View was amazing, I felt very relaxed at all times, was lovely to hear the ocean. The staff were very friendly
My laundry was done and I was charged for it, I didnt leave my laundry at the end of the bed where it should be left if you want it to be done.
The seaview was excellent from the balcony.Waking up to seeing ,hearing the sea.
There is limited resturant ,we had to go to town to eat .
Wonderful friendly staff. Place is quite, clean and very relaxing. We had an excellent room overlooking the beach with private balcony.
Excellent views, surroundings... the building is in great shape and very new and luxurious...
Staff could be more friendly, also breakfasts are repetitive and boring. Could have a wider variety. Needs a walkway all the way to the beach rather than having to drive there.
quietness ,peace of mind for tranquil and passive scene.
some of the channels on dstv were not on and one incident when our block lost power and we were wondering if the lodge had a generator in place or not to cater for such instances.
The great view
Capet floors in the room
The staff was welcoming, receptionist on duty at the time was very helpful with our requests, very accommodating, 10/10... Thanks Bali for a great stay
Anything lately called a "Boutique hotel" is an obscured name for a want to be fancy rundown B&B. I booked in as it was conveniently close to my next day meeting and is 4 star. It advertises itself as a "Spa"? There is no soap or any toiletries available. The bathroom had what looked like the left over from a previous guest's plastic bottle that smelled like cheap petrol station liquid soap, dark rooms with dark sticky furnisher ....cheap pine stained deep brown and varnished to supposedly look glamorous. Tv stuck on the wall almost touching the ceiling with a decoder stuck on top of it like in the 70's, what it really is. Old dark carpeting carpeting, 70's finishes including bath rooms and very dirty windows. Found short curly hair in the coffee cups, obviously just rinsed and dried with the previous guest's dirty towels. The pool area is so run-down, it reminded me of a run down motel truck-stop in the US.... 4 star not!!- more like 2 star. The breakfast was sort of ok...same as 2 star and parking not to standard sizes making it difficult to manoeuvre around. DO NOT! believe the pictures you see on the web site. Could not wait to leave the next morning. Rather stick to known brand hotels, at least you know what you are in for.
your hotel is beautitul and clean
