The room faced the Indian Ocean and was very nicely appointed. Service was excellent. Overall good experience. However, I wouldn't recommend walking too far from the hotel for safety reasons. |

The staff made us feel welcome from the time we arrived even though we had a problem with our credit card they never got irritated or short tempered with us. Everything was great but I think the cleaning services comes to early. Maybe guests can be asked on arrival what would be a good time to start cleaning their rooms? |

My stay at the Balmoral Hotel was most confortable in every way! The fresh floral arrangements everywhere impressed me immensely! The friendly and helpfull staff and service workers equally impressed me! There was absolutely nothing I did not like about the Balmoral Hotel. |

I felt very 'looked after' . This is important for me as a woman travelling alone. I liked how there is always someone at the desk, your staff were knowledgable and very approachable. Most times staff asked me if I needed anything. |

It is a small hotel and thus not busy. The food is good also. The hotel is oldish and needs a revamp, particularly the lift and the airconditioner. |

The staff were friendly but facilities were poor. The room had a strong smell and the aircondition was noisy. The TV had only a few stations and no international news channel See above; plus it took me over an hour and a half to get my room and this was after 2:00 pm. More importantly the internet did not function in the room. |

Very little. On check-in, the staff expected us for 8 days when the booking reference clearly showed 2 days. A parking valet service is displayed, but the driver was not at work. The airconditioner rattled all night long for 2 nights, we complained and they promised to repair it but it was never done. Cupboard space was ridiculously inadequate, not even a bottle of water in the bar fridge, no bar at the hotel. |

Venligt personale, god mad, perfekt beliggenhed, et sted man virkelig føler sig hjemme. Hotellet udlevere pjecer om udflugter med Blue Dolphin og er meget villige til at booke ture for gæsterne. Det viser sig bare at de booker i et helt andet firma uden gæsten ved det. Derfor foreslås mere åbenhed og ærlighed fra receptionens side. |
