All children from 5 to 14 years are charged ZAR 66.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Stay was not too bad, reception needs to learn how to hide personal stresses, highly cordial staff, impeccable room cleanliness, extremely close to most ammenities. Food @ Pier is not up to anything |

It was one of the worst Hotels I have stayed for years. Thre was contiouns noise from the street below for the whole night. The sheets on the bed had not been changed from the previous guests. There was no water at all from the hot tap. I checked out the next morning and went to a B& B. As for the beach front it is a shambles. But I realise this is out of your control. But feel you should at least warn guests.. In closing I think you should re do the web site it is nothing like the hotel. |

Closer to the beach and nice breakfast and friendly Chefs Room was only clean and prepared after 15:00 on sunday.ALways room for improvement. |

The hotel was central to most facilities, extremely friendly and a reasonable price for the facilities. The rooms, in particular, were very spacious. Teh shower tended to spalsh water on the toilet and floor |

Die Lage und die Gestaltung des Frühstücksraumes, außerdem die Tiefgarage und die Mitarbeiter an der Reception und Sicherheitspersonal Das Hotel bedarf in Teilbereichen dringend einer grundlegenden Instandhaltung und Aufbesserung der Inneneinrichtung, ein geschickter Hausmeister kann da vieles erledigen, Beispiel: in meinem Badezimmer rieselte der Rost aus dem Türrahmen, die Tür war beschädigt und ließ sich nicht schließen, gleiches gilt für die Zimmertür. Eine TV-Fern-bedienung sollte ja wohl auch dazugehören ...... |
