Belaire Suites Hotel    

My comment to the receptionist when I checked out was, should I come to Durban again I would not mind comming back here, and I usually travel with my wife.

My sea view on the second floor was obscured by the trees / bushes in front of the hotel - next time I'll ask for 6th floor ... not a serious problem at all

The staff were very friendly and well trained. The view from the room were awesome.

That are not any smoking rooms.

the staff were friendly,safety is guaranteed.the food was good and the rooms are clean and comfortable.i didn't like the hotel, but i loved it. keep up the good work.

the lady who was cleaning my room was not providing me with the shower caps for my last three days. can you also provide rooibos tea as not everyone drink five roses,and maybe a bottle of reasonable wine will do, not water.

I liked the location. I had some business nearby to attend, so it was conveniently located. The room was comfy.

The breakfast buffet could have been better. I don't eat cereals and couldn't eat meat during my stay, so ended up having just egg and tomato for the warm breakfast meal. Other warm, non-fried vegetarian options would have been nice (like mushrooms, roasted veg and/or baby potatoes). I didn't like that there was only a shower, since I like to take a soak in the tub when I travel.

The foyer of the hotel is nice and I was pleasantly surprised at my room. It was comfortable and spacious with all amenities. I had a beautiful sea view which was an added bonus. The breakfast was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly as well.

The view from the Hotel I could see beaches and Moses Mabida stadium and breakfast was excellent

the rooms were very comfortable and the lcd tv was good ,kitchen facilities was also good.would have liked TBN channel on TV.We really enjoyed the breakfast menu which I thought was excellent and your waiters and managers were very impressive around breakfast.The location is also excellent.

There were ants in the room around kitchennette and on floors. Cleaning service could be improved and also reception could be more friendly and welcoming.Your porter however made up for reception,his attitude was very good and he was always very helpful .

The book-in was totally hassle free and the staff were very friendly, Thierry & another young guy, excellent! The rooms were more than comfortable, clean and the bathrooms were lovely. The views were exceptional. Breakfast was absolutely fablulous with more than enough variation. All in all, although we only stayed 1 night we had a super time.

I like your breakfast it was very delicious. I like the way your desplay your towels in the bathroom. I like your kitchen display. I like your friendly staff more especial the cleaners. 'WOOOW' THEY WERE VERY GOOD.

Just perfect, no disappointments at all.

Breakfast area was a bit cramped during busy times.

We enjoyed the breakfasts. It was great that there was a slight variety every morning, ensuring that one never had to have the same meal twice. And the quality was excellent and consistent.

The noice from the room next door was somewhat disturbing. The interleading door is not soundproof in any way and we could hear every word and activity next door. Fortunately this was only for one night.

The fact that we could view the sea in our apartment and enjoy the fresh breeze and also the breakfast was super.

There was some funny noise at night I suspected it was the lift.

The rooms were clean, and the seaview.

The receptionist was very unfriendly and didnt explain the requirements. Restuarant, waited 20 minutes for eggs, had to go and ask for it, and the waiter forgot.

Invoice to Company always seems to take a very long time - not sure why?
