One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
One further child under 12 years is charged ZAR 100.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The location below the Table Mountain, free wifi, swimming pool and close distance to the downtown... Also hotel staff was really friendly and we felt welcomed at the place. |

I got riped off paid for a quality room and got moved around to a lower standard room the first nite it was extremely frustrating!!! returning to CT from a 4 day safari and wanted 2 nites in a nice suite! Checked in and paid for 2 Dbl beds / Suite with couch kitchen & balcony...1st room 1 bed no balcony & no working lock on door..moved to another room with 2 beds but Extremely small room above the Pub/ not what I paid for, but was sooo tired we stayed the nite hoping to work things out in the morning...Had to wait til afternoon to switch to another room...Did not get compensated for low quality of room for 1st night and Front Desk was extremely rude!! Make sure you get what you paid for the 1st night because this hotel does not believe in making their quests comfortable or compensating for their error!!! Terrible Customer Service and just plain Rude Front Desk!! |

Size and layout of the rooms, availability of restaurant and bar. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was good in the restaurant. View of Table Mountain stunning in the evening sun. Hotel is fine for a short stay. For a non-smoking room, it smelt very smoky! Several times the room was not finished being cleaned and clean towels provided by the time we came back in the late afternoon. The shower in the main bathroom was very awkward, and sprayed water all over the bathroom floor, showercurtains were not waterproof. It is situated a fair distance from the city centre. |

The restaurant was very good - food, value for money and staff. For our one night stay, it was ideal. The room (appartment) was well appointed and would have been great for a longer stay. A lot of stairs for our aging bones. |
