Was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at...Sure there are fancier Hotels for a whole lot more money but you can not get the service in every department of the hotel as you get from the Blue Waters...They are magnificent...the Reception amazing...Lounge amazing...Housekeeping amazing... ”

The refurbished room on the 13th floor is a big improvement. The new location of the bar is very good with a nice vibe. The previous bar was more like a funeral home I think the parking fee a bit high and I had 1 night in a room that has not been refurbished. Very old fashioned and old looking, but I realise that it takes time to do all the rooms

The staff at reception were very unfriendly and did not give you any information when you checked in. My special request for a double bed was not taken into account and the staff at reception blamed everything on housekeeping. Your housekeeping department is poorly run as we had to ask for towels, tea, coffee, stirrers as nothing was replaced. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is fantastic, the views spectacular. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were really good as were the bar meals. Value for miney!! The fact that the swimming pool was not available due to renovations, this should have been made known on the website as this was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel

Nicely situated with a beautiful sea view. Our stay was too short to be able to visit the surrounding sites. Staff were friendly and the casual lounge/bar was vibey. The bathroom floor was not clean and I think the carpets should be replaced.

Loved clean modern rooms, thought breakfast offering was great and staff very friendly Small matter. I had never seen the system where a card is placed in the slot inside the room to activate the electricity. Felt we should have been told about this when checking in.

Was quite surprise with inside for a 3*, beautiful, sweet eats to welcome you. Room with balcony overlooking the ocean - very nice. Comfortable beds & soft linen. Friendly staff. Breakfast delicious. We ate the previous evening at a Pakistani restaurant Kebabish, Summer Square, strongly recommend - within walking distance from hotel. We felt safe because of BRICS & visible policing. Bathroom window stuck and opens onto corridor. Building on outside need a bit of repairing. Although salty air at the beachside is bad for everything. Missed the rickchas on the beachfront

Hi, Had to book in by 2 but the room was not ready for another hour & half. Assistance at hotel desk was slow because there was a long line of people. The pool area was unavailable due to a function, please make the guest aware of it prior to booking. Overall thank god for the beach that made the trip worthwhile. Staff members are not friendly as the ones at Belaire Suites...really sad. Thanks Pam Raghubir

I liked the suites as they were spacious and breakfast was good and staff friendly,, definetly will come back I booked a delux room for my son but he found coakroaches so they gave him another small room. Next day they moved him from there as it was not available so we asked him to share with his brother. I feel we did nt get much of a refund back.
